Park Shore Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

UNAVAILABLE until further notice. We have decided, reluctantly, that it is TIME TO SELL THIS PROPERTY. So rentals cannot be considered at this time. The CALENDAR shows no availability. Contact owners if you would like to buy this great vacation home.

Since my Resort complex is located west (towards the Gulf) of the Tamiami Trail (US 41), you can drive the length of the beautiful Naples waterfront without ever getting on a highway. LOCATION: 600 Neapolitan Way, Naples 34103; 0.1 mi. west of US 41; 0.6 mi. south of Pine Ridge Road & Seagate Drive; 0.8 mi. east of Gulfshore Blvd. Less than 1 mile north to Pelican Bay, with the Waterside Shops, Philharmonic Hall (Artis Naples), and Naples Museum of Art. A short drive south to downtown Naples and the famous pier.

Inside, enjoy a master suite with king bed, full bath, and walk-in closet. The guest room has twin beds and a full second bath. Both living room and bedroom #2 open onto the 24 foot long screened lanai. Queen sleeper/sofa in living room. Large oak table seats 6 for dining. Plenty of linens, dishes, 3 TVs, DVD player, etc. for your convenience. Free wireless internet is now available in the condo, as well as computer services in the large, rustic lobby.

Parking is just outside the entry door, but faces opposite for quiet and convenience.

About Bob Graham

Although both born in the Chicago area, we were raised in Wisconsin, met at the UW-Madison, and are Badgers through and through. Still, we will rent to folks from anywhere, even Michigan and Ohio. Living in Naples for many years, we are experts on this area. It's a great place to live, a little more expensive than most places in Florida, but for the most part, well worth it.

Bob Graham purchased this condo in 1988

Why Bob Graham chose Naples

A great location, right in the heart of the city, yet a very natural and tropical setting; you feel transported to a botanical paradise instead of an urban concrete jungle. Since our properties in Pelican Bay require lengthy rentals, we find this condo more rental-friendly, with decisions up to us and not a condo board, so we can rent for any period we choose.

What Florida should be like: lots of trees, flowers, waterfalls - a quiet and restful place, yet a short walk to over a dozen restaurants plus groceries, banks, and shops. Enjoy coffee on the lanai, walk out to the oversized heated pool, or to the tennis courts. Just one mile to the Clam Pass Park, a beautiful unspoiled Gulf beach area next to the world class Naples Grande Hotel, where you can fish, swim, shell, drift in the pass, kayak, or just sunbathe. A new, modest fitness center is located in the Resort lobby.

What makes this condo unique

Being on the west of the Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41), you are so close to the Gulf beaches, with an easy (and beautiful) drive downtown. Instead of a hotel room with little or no cooking privileges, you have the kitchen, baths, and living areas like a cottage, as well as a tropical swimming pool, and a stroll to a dozen restaurants and many shops.

Can't wait to return!!

  • 5 of 5

We met the condo owners and they were very friendly and nice. It's nice that they live in the area. They were helpful with information about the city and attractions. Everything in the condo write up was accurate. It was tastefully decorated. There are so many extras; if you need something, it's there. Kitchen is well supplied.

We enjoyed the pool and the area where you grill out. Very nice landscaping. Quiet, peaceful surroundings.

Location is close to stores and restaurants; you can walk to them easily. Great beaches are close. Downtown Naples is only about 2 miles away. Naples is a beautiful city.

I look forward to returning for future visits.

Best Location in Naples!!!

  • 5 of 5

In the middle of Naples, this condo is in the best location to reach all of the shops, restaurants and beaches! We loved falling asleep each night in comfy beds to the sounds of waterfalls in a beautiful, lush tropical setting. The owners are professional, locally based, and told us about local events to make our stay most enjoyable. We'll be back every year!

A dreamy Naples hideaway!!!!

  • 5 of 5

We loved this condo, and have rented it twice!!! The location to shopping, Tin city, the ocean front and Hwy 41 are perfect. As travelers from the north, we were thrilled with the lavish gardens, beautiful streams and natural surroundings at the resort. I had not anticipated finding such a lush setting in the middle of Naples. You really need to see it to believe it! There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The second time we were in Naples, my sister and her family joined us. There was plenty of room for 2 familys to coexist for a week - it was fantastic. At the time, my nephew was 1.5, and the condo was perfect. The condo is perfect for anyone...and the full kitchen will allow you to cook your own gourmet dinners!!! We loved it, and are sure you would too!!!
