Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We stayed for a few days in October and had a great time. The ocean view is unbeatable and our kids loved playing in the tide pools.
Wonderful views from the living room windows. Very clean and a wonderfully
stocked kitchen with any type of utensil or pan you would need!
This home's proximity to the ocean is spectacular! Morning coffee on the porch was one of my favorite moments. The town of Yachats is also a lot of fun, and an easy path runs from the house into town. I would go back in a heartbeat, and did not want to leave!
We spent 5 days here with our kids and my husbands parents. It was a perfect place to get away. The views are just lovely, we saw whales and enjoyed the waves crashing on the rocks. The tide pools are just out the back door and we found many agates on our walks. The Sandy beach is just down the street and there were several wonderful restaurants in town. The kitchen had every appliance we could want and we cooked several nice meals to enjoy together. I am planning to stay here again next summer. It was the perfect get away!
This place was the ultimate Oregon Coast vacation rental. Right on the coast where the crashing of the waves puts you to sleep every night. Why does this place even have TVs when you can just sit and watch the ocean for hours? One morning we awoke to a raft of sea lions floating in the surf just off shore, awesome! Our stay was a little out of season but we couldn't believe the affordable price considering the unmatched views and spacious size of the unit. There were some minor fixes that could be done, a constantly jamming screen door for example, but otherwise it was a very well equipped & very nicely kept. Yachats is a great little non-tourist trap town to be located near & having Cape Perpetua due south is very convenient also. We will recommend this rental to any and all people we run into heading to the unmatched beauty of the Oregon Coast.
The location and view were spectacular. Sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee ( or glass of wine) and watching the waves crash against the rocks just a few feet away was wonderfully relaxing. We spent hours watching whales and sea lions right from the property and appreciated the binoculars There were some light cleaning issues with the house-- nothing not remedied by a good vacuuming and dusting. We would stay there again for the location and view.
