Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Place was clean, convenient, well priced. It had all the amenities we needed and more.
It served our needs. It was difficult to reach the Vacasa people but the woman on-site was amazing.
This was a nicely kept and modern rental on the second floor of the condo property. Overall, I would recommend this rental with a few caveats. If you have a stroller and/or lots of stuff to lug up and down, keep in mind there are stairs and no elevators, so looking for a 1sr floor rental may be wise. The fireplace also gets EXTREMELY hot, so if you have a child/children you should only use the central heating/cooling (not a big deal). The other bummer was the "pantry" or lack there of. There wasn't a cutting board, any seasonings (including salt and pepper) or many other items useful for cooking. There was pots, pans, a baking sheet, coffee maker, toaster, blender and some other items (wish I took a pic for reference). The pros are a balcony with gas grill, modern amenities, comfy bed, and good water pressure. Overall, I would go back, but hope that management would spend $20 bucks to have a baseline of herbs/spices in their pantry so dinners are less expensive for the renter to make.
The condo had a good location for getting around Bend. The park next door and the pathways along the river are a nice place to walk. The unit was updated and comfortable.
Perfect place for a couple for the weekend. Great location - close to downtown and nice walking trail along the river right outside your door. Modern feel to the condo with all the amenities included.
