Beautiful Lake Front Two Bedroom Condo with 600 feet of sandy beach on Lake Charlevoix.
The patio has a stainless steel Weber grill only a few step away from the beach. This condo has the greatest view as it is on the North end of the building. The master bedroom, great room and kitchen all have amazing lake views. Condo is furnished with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds and single bed in the 2nd bedroom. Two full bathrooms that are kept very clean. It also has a cot if additional sleeping space is required. Condo has both heat and air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace.
If you are a boater, you will love the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. It is the best water on the lake for water sports. Also enjoy a great boat ride to downtown Charlevoix where they provide public docking. You will love the downtown. End the day with a camp fire as fire rings sit at both the North and South end.
This is the 1st year this condo has ever been rented. My wife and two kids love the condo and location, as it offers great activities for everyone.
You will love being on the 1st level. You can walk out directly to the beach.

My family and I have stayed at this same condo for Mother's Day and my mom's birthday for several years now. It is a perfect location. Lake Charlevoix is always beautiful and peaceful to sit and watch.
The condo was perfect; clean, comfortable and well stocked with needed items. Great location on the water and near many other places to visit.
We have stayed at this property for a few years now. Always in the fall - it is a beautiful setting. The condo is very comfortable, always very clean. Sitting on the patio and watching the lake at sinrise or sunset is amazing. The location is on beautiful Lake Charlevoix, and close to the charming cities of Charlevoix and Boyne City. We will be back next year!!
We enjoyed our stay at this property with our two young girls. A small, impeccably clean sand beach was steps away from our back door, the neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly and quiet. Everything was clean, plenty of dishes, linens, etc. All appliances we used were in good working order with the exception of the fireplace, which we got working after a quick call to the owner. Our main needs for this trip were a full kitchen and a beach on-site so that we did not have to lug kids and gear back and forth, and this met our needs perfectly.
After checking in we realized that we were deceived by the photos of this property. The first thing that was very obvious was the owner took pictures and posted them that were not views from this unit. When we opened the shutters to see the view, we found dead bugs, cobwebs, dirt and "For Sale" signs in the windows. The living area overlooks a dock and a parking lot. The master has the same view and the second bedroom windows overlook a noisy highway. The living are has a large glass door that is covered with duct tape, clothes pins, and paper as the blind. In the kitchen and bedrooms the owner left personal items throughout. Personal bank documents, receipts, and all kinds of personal debris was left everywhere. The description of the property states that there is a stainless steel grill ready to use. The grill is over 50% rusted to the point of having holes in some areas. The grill was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. I noticed later that there are not any pictures of the grill in the listing.
The condo is no where near, "Immaculate condition." The pictures showing the rooms of this property do not show that there are severe stains on the carpet throughout the unit. We did not know if the stains were from pets, humans, or something else and were very concerned about our three year old little girl playing on the carpet. There are no usable hangers in the closets, dressers or any bedroom furniture besides beds. We were also concerned about leaving our belongings on the floor. The sheets and bedding are of the lowest possible quality and are soiled and stained. The kitchen sink is damaged by stains. In the refrigerator there are large plastic containers filling with water because it is leaking in more than one location. The kitchen floor is damaged and bowing to the point we were tripping on it.
We were beyond disappointed when we checked in. I texted the owner 21 photos of our concerns regarding his property. The owner told me that he would have someone clean the condo the following day. The filth and disrepair of this condo was far beyond a simple
cleaning. We left the next day.

This is a great get away location. The South arm location has the best water for boating, swimming, skiing, canoeing, etc. It is warmer and calmer then other parts of the lake. You can also take a boat ride out onto Lake Michigan, where you have endless possibilities. This location is also in walking distance to tennis courts, baseball diamond, and playground. Or stop for a great ice cream.
