Take a dip in our crystal clear pool while you BBQ dinner on the grill. Need a lemon for your cocktail or do you want to make fresh-squeezed lemonade? We have 2 citrus trees that bare fruit nearly year-round and shade our small dog run with green grass.

View the crystal clear pool water while lying in your bed ... the master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens up to the backyard and swimming pool.
The 3rd bedroom has a full-size pull-out bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. This room also has a desk with copier, printer and scan capability.
Our home is five minutes from the I-10 and McCallum theater. Costco is also 5 minutes away in case you need to stock up for your visit.
The River shopping mall/movie theater is about 7 minutes away as are many fantastic golf courses...

Our home is wired! We have a 65' LED TV with 5.1 surround sound, free high-speed WiFi, full digital cable with over 250 channels and a Amazon TV First Stick for unlimited movie viewing. We also have tons of board games! The yard has lounge chairs, a dining table that sets 6, pool toys and a pool basketball hoop.
And now for the boring stuff: full size washer and dryer, brand new Samsung refrigerator with double capacity ice maker/dispenser and triple filtered water system. New gas BBQ with 1 touch ignition. 2 car garage with small wine frig to keep your wines cool.

My husband and I purchased this property as a place to relax and get away. We try to get to Palm Desert at least twice a year. Now that we have very small children, it is often difficult to get away. This property is a vacation home. We only rent to responsible adults and have no more than 2 renters each year, usually 1 for season. We also do a background check on potential renters. The property is clean and well maintained.

Our vacation home was set up for relaxation. We have a beautiful crystal blue pool that is very well maintained. We have children, so the guest room has bunkbeds- size double, not twin- perfect for teenagers or adults. The room also has everything a kid/or big kid could want; their own private soda machine and Sony Play Station 3. We have lots of board games too. One of our favorite things to do is BBQ, night swim and play board games with our teenagers until the wee hours. We also love to walk over to the Desert Springs Marriott and take the free boat ride to Mikado restaurant for dinner.
This house is a vacation home. It is very private and quiet. The house is kid friendly and is located next to some of the best restaurants in Palm Desert. Our boys walk to Gorilla Burger- best burger in the desert and will often wonder over to El Paseo - only a 2.5 mile walk. There is a community center less than 1 mile away where the kids play basket ball pick up games at the gym. We have all tile floors, so you don't have to worry too much about mess & allergens. We have a small dog run on the side of the house. We have 2 dog beds in the house, I am sure Spike, Lola and Cosette would be happy to share them with your little critters. You will find many people walking their dogs throughout the gated community all times of day. We are at a cul de sac, so you won't see many dogs pass our home, but you will see plenty of dogs walking with their owners happily on their leashes once on the main road.
Love the tile floors, keeps the home cool. Very well maintained home and pool. Great location! Very clean and new.
The location of this home was excellent - could walk to Bristol Farms, Albertsons and many excellent restaurants. The yard was very quit and private in a very safe and quiet gated community. The pool was very enjoyable and the yard was not affected by the wind. The master bedroom had a nice comfy bed and the living room furniture was very comfy too. There was a good supply of dishes and utentils. This home is great for families with young children and pets. The owner of the house was very good about taking calls and helping out.
