Kimberley Ridge 410 | *Simply Kimberley (www.kimberley.com) also owns the next door unit which is mirror image and connected! Each condo has 1500 sqft of living space and has a high end, sound-proof door between living rooms resulting in a 6 bdrm / 6 bathroom / 4 deck / 2 hot tub / 3000 sqft unit! Rent one individually or both together! Contact Tod for a golf or ski package and receive discounted accommodation. New flooring throughout in Dec 2017.
All queen beds apart from seventh bed in loft. Two roll away Ikea mattresses in unit to sleep 8 in separate beds. New Netflix enabled 49" flat panel TV mounted in living room and two other 32" flat panel TVs in bedrooms.
Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed off loft bdrm and has a double sink, ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bed in the nook under the green space facing window of the master bedroom. There are two double sized, pull-out couches in living room and one double sized pull-out couch in the loft (outside of the master bdrm). Shaw 150 (super fast) Wifi, foosball table, Netflix enabled Smart TV all included. The kitchen has 12 place settings and all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils required to cook and entertain!
There are two balconies (decks). The largest of which faces the ski hill and has a natural gas BBQ with new patio furniture and catches the afternoon sun. The east facing deck has the 8 person hot tub that is kept to hospitality standards clean (professionally serviced weekly) and also has six person patio table and chairs. The back deck (hot tub) has a new deep seating conversation set. So comfortable to escape the summer heat overlooking the back green space.

I've worked in ski and golf tourism since 2001. These two side by side condos were bought for friends, family and clients to enjoy and connect in the mountains. They have west facing deck for catching the setting sun with the BBQ on this deck. When it's available, it's the perfect place to home base for creating memories.
Life is made easy with the equipped kitchen for food prep, fridge with ice maker, hot tub on the deck and equipment storage on the floor level. There's a natural gas fireplace for ambiance. Backing on green space on one side and ski resort just out the door.
Back again! We had our annual ski trip and spent 3 nights in Tod’s Super Condo. It was perfect! There was lots of room for everyone. We like this condo because of the size and it can host our large group for after skiing. The Hill was in the best condition that we have seen in a few years. We rent several condo's on the hill from Tod and really like this one due to the size.
Each unit has their own hot tubs for after a long day on the hill.
The units were clean and well stocked with everything you needed as if you were in your own home. They also have free wifi in each room.
Tod was great to deal with and quick to respond to any questions or requests for ski lifts. We will be back again next year!
We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time renting out a condo like this.
The place was spacious, clean, and extremely close to the hill (2 minute walk).
We did not hear anyone partying, and on the flip side of this, nobody heard us partying. We went there with 14 people to ski/board, and it was the perfect spot.
The space was very suitable for people that wanted to relax and watch movies, play games or socialize in the kitchen, or to have drinks and relax in the hot tub.
We will book this condo out again in the future.
Perfect place for a large group, we had no issues sleeping 16 guys for our golf trip. Working with Tod was an absolute pleasure and we will be using him again in the future without a doubt. If you need a place to stay in Kimberley there is no reason to look any further.

Great place to relax after a round of golf. 6 of us spent three nights on a golf trip here. Everyone had their own bed. Will probably book again next year!!
Condo was great for our 14 guests. Beds were awesome, location was awesome, hot tub was awesome. Lots of room, everything we needed was right there. Will definitely book again!

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required to confirm with full payment due 45 days prior to arrival. 100% non-refundable payment required within 45 days of arrival. One night accommodation charged for cancellations outside of 45 days except during Winter Peak (Christmas to New Years) and Summer Peak (JulyFest) when initial 50% payment is non-refundable.
Security Deposit Policy: A $500 security deposit is required to offset any chargeable concerns including damage, excessive cleaning or hot tub water changes required from alcohol or food particles in the hot tub. Security deposit will be returned within 7 days with no chargeable issues being identified.
Travellers will be invoiced for online payment through Visa or MasterCard by Cando Venture Corp. doing business as Simply Kimberley. Or through HomeAway Payments. Cando Venture Corp is GST registered with GST No. 806947545.
