Our freshly renovated private 1 bedroom apartment in a heritage style home has all the best to offer. This is a garden suite, situated in a gorgeous tree lined, with a lot of natural light and located in a very charming and desirable neighborhood (East village/Hastings Sunrise), 10 minutes to downtown.

Bus #4 is just steps away to downtown.

It comfortably fits 2 to 4 people.

This is a charming, spacious and clean private garden suite, with a lot of natural light. This open concept features a fully stocked modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, generous counters, and storage space. Its french door leads to your private patio and its new garden. The large bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed, luxurious linens, big closet. The living room is aery and has a comfy sofa bed, library, wifi, etc... The bathroom is small but well appointed with bath/shower.

Infant add mattress and high chair can be add on request.

The location is ideal..Your suite is 7 minutes walk to a great diversity of gourmet restaurants, pub, cafes, microbreweries, bakeries, green grocers, butchers, fishmonger, record stores, and boutiques .

It's also a short walk to Playland (5 mn), and New Brighton park with its outdoor pool and water front.

We are steps away from bus #4 to downtown Vancouver in 10 min, 20 mn car ride to the North shore with incredible hikes and ski hills.

Our street is QUIET and is surrounded by cherries streets and a nearby park that allow for lovely evening walks.

Additional person 25$ per children per night and 45$ per adult per night

ABSOLUTLY NO smoker and pets. No party people either, Sorry!

Curacao, Dutch Caribbean

Great place to stay, close to everything

We had a great stay in this apartment during our 5-day visit to Vancouver in July.

Perfectly located, only a 15 minutes bus-ride to downtown, yet only a few minutes by car to the Trans Canada Highway. The apartment was quite suitable to our needs. An open-concept living/dining/kitchen area with a separate bedroom. And a patio, which we used a few times to enjoy the good weather.

We liked the quiet neighbourhood, and the short walking distance to busy Hastings Street where we got our groceries.

We took our car on the ferry to Vancouver Island where we toured for a day. The owners Mireille and Richard gave us useful pointers for our visit, what to see and also, importantly, how to use public transport system. We especially liked Stanley Park, Granville Island, Capilano Bridge and also the beautiful scenery on BC-99 North to Squamish.

Mireille and Richard were very accomodating to a few special requests that we had. In fact, everyone we met in Vancouver was very courteous. We booked a City Tour and had to get a bus to downtown early one morning, before the store that sells bus-tickets opened. So we had no tickets, nor coins for the on-bus machine; the driver, noticing we were tourists, let us ride for free!

All-in all we had a very pleasant stay in Vancouver, thanks in large part to Mireille’s comfortable apartment.

We will certainly recommend to our friends and family.

Great Neighborhood

We really enjoyed the neighborhood. We could do our daily 3-mile run down to New Brighton Park and back. We could walk just a few blocks to all of the great stores on Hastings Street - groceries, liquor, and all kinds of ethnic restaurants and food. Our hosts were very welcoming and offered all kinds of great suggestions about what to see in the city and the area. Queen Elizabeth Park was beautiful and the Anthropological museum was very, very interesting. Stanley Park was our favorite and we walked the entire (5.5 miles) seawall and took lots of photos. We also drove up to Whistler - a beautiful drive and we visited the Point Atkinson lighthouse and its old growth forest on the way back. The accommodations were clean and perfect for us two and we enjoyed our front patio!

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location, éclairée, tres propre, et tres bien équipée.Mais ce qui nous a le plus charmé est le quartier tres calme ,plein d'arbres et de verdure,et ce a quelques rues de tous les services et a 10 minutes du centre-ville. Nous avons donc pu profiter beaucoup de l'espace extérieur (patio)ou nous avons pris tous nos repas.Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de téléviseur nous a surpris mais on s'est vite adapté. Merci a Mireille pour sa présence et ses conseils.

Nous avons eu un bel accueil et notre séjour a été très agréable. Bien situé à distance du centre ville de Vancouver et facilement accessible en auto, autobus et à pied. La communication en français était un atout. Merci à Mireille, Richard et Félix.
