Mid-island location on the beach. Very large, furnished condominium (1200 square feet) with oversize deck looking right at the Gulf of Mexico! Remodeled kitchen from top to bottom (see pictures!). Remodeled bathrooms featuring dual head walk-in shower in Master suite, private tennis court outside your door. Laundry room within 20 feet.

Ideal for families and friends. Master suite includes king-size bed with private full bath, and desk/office space. Guest room with queen-size and single bed, and another full-size bathroom. Living room has couch/hide-a-bed (full size). All rooms have TVs with cable and DVD player. Smart phone bluetooth compatible stereo in living room too!

FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN UNIT!

Sometimes shorter stays become available. Please check calendar for availability. Spring and fall are beautiful times to be on the island, temperatures still warm but it is much quieter than summer, but summer is always nice. Please email with questions or exact quote. Thank you.

ABOUT OUR CONDO - Our 2BR/2BA condo is ideal for that very special beach vacation! Our condo is ideal for small families or for 2 couples vacationing together. Or if you are a couple looking for a romantic setting on the beach our condo is also perfect for you. This condo is our second home so you will find it to be remodeled, beautiful, spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. The master bedroom has a King Size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a comfortable single bed. Our living room has a sofa sleeper too.

Suntide II Condominiums is a quiet, peaceful and beautifully maintained gated community located right on the beach. Our second floor location is slightly offset from the beachside pool and hot tub to provide peace, quiet and privacy. Our large deck has a fantastic view of the ocean and comfortable furniture for you to sit back and relax on!

Here is a list of our special ammenities to help make your stay more enjoyable:

1. FREE Wireless WI-FI.

2. Keyless entry (no keys to carry to and from the beach).

3. Comfortable deck furniture with cushions.

My wife and I have lived in the mountains of Colorado for over 30 years, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we began windsurfing we've been going back to vacation in South Padre as often as we can. As our family grew, we found South Padre to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. We have been taking family vacations to South Padre Island since 1988. Our girls are now grown, and still love to come here. We are windsurfers, and South Padre Island is a great place to practice our sport. As well as play tennis, golf, ride bikes or virtually anything else you love to do at the beach!

What makes this condo unique

Sitting on the deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a warm cup of coffee early in the morning as the sun comes up is one of my favorite parts of the day. Relaxing in the ocean side hot tub in the early evening is another way to unwind from any busy day of play!

Mid island location, great for privacy, but close enough to some great beach bars and restaurants. Our favorite is The Palms on the Beach, about 1/2 mile walk up the beach for a great breakfast, lunch, happy hour, or dinner. Great food, very tropical setting.
