We love Breck in all seasons. We have 4 children: 2 girls and 2 boys. We all love to ski/snowboard as a family. We also love the summers in Breckenridge. Tim is a family and marital therapist. Perfect Mountain Getaway!

Our stay at this lovely Breckenridge home was more than we ever expected. The home is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the mountains as well as easily venture into the darling little town. When staying at this home you will want for nothing. The owners have thought of everything. For those who want to cook, you will have every appliance needed as well as all the necessary gadgets and pots and pans. The big wrap around porch was a great spot for enjoying the pleasant summer days. This is the perfect home in the perfect location for just a few folks or a big family reunion. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect place to get away, ski, and relax with friends and co-workers. Nancy was a fantastic owner who had thought of EVERYTHING for a perfect trip. The location was perfect. Access to the slopes were super easy and quick. The house was amazing. And Breckinridge was perfect for skiers of all abilities. Some of the best times we had was enjoying the kitchen/eating/living room area for breakfast and dinners and relaxing in the evenings. Thank you Nancy for letting us rent your beutiful home!

Gorgeous property perfectly located for skiing from Peak 8.

We were a group of 12. 6 adults and 6 children. This property suited us perfectly. It was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nancy was very helpful and informative before we arrived. Each day it was just a ten minute walk or 2 minute bus ride to the base of Peak 8 for ski school. We would definitely recommend it.

Great family rental!

We shared this lovely home over the holidays with our extended family and there was room for all! The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the owners were attentive and gracious. The easy shuttle service to town is literally right around the corner. Everything was just right for our stay in Breckenridge!

Unbelievable Experience!

This home was everything we wanted........and a lot more! We rented Nancy's home for a golf trip, and it was perfectly casual but very upscale as well. And, Nancy, the owner, could not have been a better host! She checked in occasionally to make sure everything was ok, and if we needed anything. This home is a perfect place for any kind of gatherings/vacations!

The owner of this house is by far the nicest woman I have ever dealt with during our travels with Home Away. She handled all my questions and has a great attention to detail. The house was spacious, beautiful and very clean. It was also located in a very accessible spot close to town and the mountains. Would go back in a heart beat!
