We love Breck in all seasons. We have 4 children:2 girls and 2 boys. We all love to ski/snowboard as a family. We also love the summers in Breckenridge. Tim is a family and marital therapist. Nancy is a elementary teacher who tutors students. We work hard to treat our guests as we would wish to be treated. We hope we have a chance to treat you, too!
Location! Location! Location! We truly believe our Luxury log home has the best location in all of Breckenridge... summer and winter. We are just 400 yards to 4 ski lifts. The free town shuttle is just steps away. Walk or ride the ½ minute shuttle ride to the slopes or hiking trails. In the summer walk to The Peak 8 Fun Park, The Peaks Trail, and the many mountain biking and hiking trails. Main Street is a 2 minute ride. This home can easily accommodate several families. No car is necessary: ride the shuttle to Main Street or to the ski slopes...or walk!

We shared this lovely home over the holidays with our extended family and there was room for all! The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the owners were attentive and gracious. The easy shuttle service to town is literally right around the corner. Everything was just right for our stay in Breckenridge!
This home was everything we wanted........and a lot more! We rented Nancy's home for a golf trip, and it was perfectly casual but very upscale as well. And, Nancy, the owner, could not have been a better host! She checked in occasionally to make sure everything was ok, and if we needed anything. This home is a perfect place for any kind of gatherings/vacations!
The owner of this house is by far the nicest woman I have ever dealt with during our travels with Home Away. She handled all my questions and has a great attention to detail. The house was spacious, beautiful and very clean. It was also located in a very accessible spot close to town and the mountains. Would go back in a heart beat!
You will not find a better home to rent in Breckenridge than this one! It was just perfect for our summer reunion and we all agreed that this was our best vrbo experience ever. It felt brand new and was immaculate when we arrived. Hard to say which amenity was our favorite because you've got a spectacular kitchen, an outdoor grill, spacious and clean hot tub, a huge wraparound porch with a great view of Peak 8, you are a short walk away from downtown Breckenridge with several cafes and restaurants, and minutes away from the mountain activities on Peak 8, And, if that wasn't enough to convince you, the owner of this house, has all of the necessities you need to enjoy every meal in the house, if you prefer. Nancy is the reason that we will come back and refer this house to our friends and family. She was extremely accessible before, during and after our stay. This was truly our home away from home.
For families looking for a break from the Texas heat in August, I would recommend this property. My family (which consisted of six adults and three grandchildren under the age of three) along with cousins from California who rented the house across the street. spent seven glorious days in the mountains primarily at Four O'clock. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We cooked and ate all our meals there. The place easily accommodates fifteen for dinners. All the cooking supplies you could possibly need are provided. The house even has two booster seats and pac-n-plays for the little ones. The house is located walking distance from the Fun Park. We were disappointed to learn that the Fun Park has a weight limit of thirty pounds for the kiddos, but we found that our little ones enjoyed Carter Park just as much. Nancy Mavergeorge, the house owner, was a wonderful hostess and provided us with valuable info to further enhance the enjoyment of our trip.
We had a great time spending the week at this Beautiful house! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed! The location was very close to town and easily assessable for everyone! Hot tub was private and filled with fresh water! Very nice on a cool night! I would definitely rebook this property!
