A very nice and VERY quiet complex. 1st floor with no one above you and only 1 common wall. Located on the main artery into Old Town Scottsdale, you are blocks outside the center point of Old Town making it very easy to get in and out without traffic congestion and just a couple blocks from the 101 highway to get anywhere.

This condo is very nice. Though it is small, it has "everything". The location is superb. Close to Old Scottsdale with a beautiful canal and lots of fantastic restaurants. There's also great shopping, close to grocery stores, easy access to the 101 which goes everywhere. The drive to/from the airport is short. All this coupled with the fact that the area is quiet. The owner, Greg, is very nice and goes out of his way to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location for running and nightlife near Old Scottsdale. Condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Host was friendly and had lots of helpful information. I would definitely stay again!
We stayed 6 nights in the Scottsdale condo. The condo is small but for two people was fine. Pictures are an accurate reflection. The condo is not within walking distance of Old Town Scotttsdale but is conveniently located 1/2 mile off 101 and about 1-2 miles from Old Town. The complex is very quiet with a very nice pool area which we used every day. Greg is extremely responsive and the best VRBO owner we have ever dealt with.
This Condo really has everything you need for two people. A very comfortable pillow-top king size bed was complemented with nice bedding and an assortment of pillows. Even the fold-out sleeper couch got good reviews, although things get a little tight for more than two people (one bathroom in the bedroom). The kitchen is fine for any cooking you might want to do, with decent cookware and appliances. There is plenty of storage in the closet and dresser. Generally, the unit is appointed better than most vacation condos, with prints on the walls and other odds and ends that made the place "homey".
The pool area was really delightful and exceptionally clean and nicely landscaped.
Perhaps the best part of this unit is the owner and host, Greg. I've never worked with a more responsive and helpful host who was sincerely concerned for our satisfaction. The few minor "issues" that cropped up during our stay were dealt with immediately.
This property is exactly as described and is located in a quiet area. Great location for exploring the area. It is close to Old Town Scottsdale, museums, shopping, casinos, hiking trails, major roads and expressways. If you do not want to drive to town there is a city bus stop just two blocks away. The condo is equipped with everything you need, including a grill and grilling utensils.The patio is huge and private, a nice place to relax after a day of hiking or shopping. I would highly recommend this property for a short or long stay.
Detailed instructions and information made check in and out a snap. Greeted with a bouquet of roses and bundle of snacks and goodies, very nice surprise! Comfortable space with cookware, towels, wifi, and HDTV. Close to green space in Scottsdale for morning hikes. Living room was like being at home with nice soft and view of patio. Nice king size bed.
Owner checked in to make sure we were satisfied, greatly appreciated!
Semi-Pro and Pro baseball fields for spring training are very close. Old Town Scottsdale is very close. Fashion Square Mall is very close. Sky Harbor Airport is 15 minutes away.
