Have a wonderful family vacation in our direct Gulf-Front condominium and enjoy the natural beauty of Sanibel Island.

Our fully remodeled two bedroom, two bath condominium is an elevated first floor unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and is just steps to the beach. We just completed a renovation of the condo with all new 18' tile throughout the entire unit, new granite counter tops, brand new maple kitchen cabinets, all new stainless appliances, new tiled walk in shower, all new paint, new 6 panel doors, etc.. It looks absolutely gorgeous!!!

Situated on the popular East end of the island, our condo is a short distance from the Sanibel lighthouse, fishing pear, and many wonderful restaurants and shops. The Gulf Beach condo complex has a heated pool, elevator, and under-building parking.

Sanibel is one of the most unique barrier islands of the world, where you can enjoy everything from the 6,000 acre J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge to its great sandy beaches, voted the best shelling beaches in North America.

We provide two large digital TV's, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. There are plenty of kids games, movies, DVD's, plus a Sony Play Station & games.

Enjoy our two free bikes to tour the islands 24 miles of bike trails or use our brand new set of clubs to enjoy a round of golf.

Clean, Comfortable, Well-stocked Condo

A fourth trip to Sanibel, our first stay in the "Gulf Beach" complex. This unit has recent upgrades, including a new washer/dryer, dining table/chairs, mattresses/box springs, bed pillows, and keyless entry. The owner has thought of just about everything you could possibly want or need, all neatly kept in cabinets and drawers. There is a storage closet for this unit, parking lot level, containing items for outdoor use. The lanai is a delightful place to "dine in," nap, or watch the sun rise. This complex is located on East Gulf Drive, just a short bike ride to the Lighthouse Cafe, Pinocchio's Ice Cream, or The Sporty Seahorse Shop, one of my favorites.

Gulf Beach 105 is sure to please!

Beautiful condo and great view!

We stayed at this condo with our two young children just a few weeks ago and could not have loved it more. The condo is very nicely updated and very well maintained. The location is perfect--on the beach, close to good restaurants and an easy drive over the causeway. The condo pool was also a great way to spend the afternoon. The owner and condo management company were a pleasure to deal with. We were nervous about traveling with a 2 and 4 year-old but they were very accommodating. We will certainly be back again next year!

First time on Sanibel and this place was perfection!

This condo was all that we hoped it would be. It was well equipped, comfortable, clean and had a great view of the beach and gulf. It was in a quiet neighborhood, yet was close to everything you would ever want or need. The inclusion of the bikes was wonderful and the storage locker full of chairs, coolers, beach equipment, etc., was a huge bonus. For those evening in, the huge flat screen in the living room with blue ray player and every channel you might want was great, and eating on the screened in lanai was so enjoyable. We cannot say enough good things about this condo, the friendly management company, and the island itself. We will be back but for at least 2 weeks next time!!

Fantastic Condo!

I have 3 critera for choosing a condo - view, kitchen, shower. This condo hit all three! And all the 'extras' in storage room - beach chairs of all kinds, 2 bikes, beach umbrellas - very nice.

This condo was everything and then some!!

Our family of four stayed in this condo in June of 2010. This is by far the best condo we have stayed at while in Florida. The pictures and discriptions of the property are very accurate. The owners and the management company werer very friendly and professional. The condo is so beautiful. The view of the ocean was breathtaking! There were plenty of beach supplies for everyone. We also enjoyed using the two bikes. We road them every morning up and down the island. Such a relaxing vacation. Thanks again! We will be back.
