You get into your unit as fast as you are able to park and get up to the 4th floor and we'll have cold complimentary beverages waiting for you!
We manage this unit personally with a professional housekeeper and therefore you will find this unit to be clean and very well maintained, 100% guaranteed. This is a NON smoking unit, balcony included and regretfully pets are NOT allowed on the property.
SHORT STAYS are typically not cost effective due to operating costs, taxes, fees, dues and housekeeping logistics. During Summer months we typically require 5 - 7 day bookings, however, we are happy to consider shorter stays to fill gaps in the calendar.
RATES advertised are standard rates and may fluctuate depending on season / special events

PARKING on site with a parking permit provided at the front desk is included and you will also receive FREE Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay. Wi-Fi has recently been upgraded.
... KING size memory foam bed with quality linens, ocean front unit conveniently located on the 4th floor away from the noise of elevators and vending machines. Includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, induction heat hot plate, microwave, slow-cooker, blender, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, plates, mugs and glasses, eating utensils.
Linens and bath towels are included but feel free to bring extra. Personal items and toiletries NOT included. ( Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are not provided )
LAUNDRY: There is a 24 / 7 coin operated laundry facility on the lower level opposite the convenience store. This has also just recently been renovated so no need to bring too much clothing!
SHOPPING & DINING: Many great restaurants & grocery stores including Fresh Market, a brand new Publix within a comfortable walking distance or very short drive.
Restaurant and Bar downstairs on the ground level. On the South corner of the property, River City Cafe for amazing burgers, a newly renovated Starbucks and right next door, Martin's Restaurant which we highly recommended for breakfast and wonderful dinners.
If you enjoy a quiet 10 - 12 minute minute walk, or 2 minute drive, Collectors Cafe on Highway 17 and 77th / 79th ave. for the BEST cake and coffee and fine evening dining. Liberty Tap Room on 77th for a Sports bar atmosphere with many great beers and an affordable menu! One of our favorites, another wonderful dining experience at Sea Captain's House, on 3002 N Ocean Blvd and many, many others within 5 - 10 minute drive from the resort and another one of our favorites for lunch or dinner is Cafe Old Vienna, Old world German restaurant located at 1604 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach. This is a must!!
Also within a 10 minute drive North or South, The Boardwalk & Broadway on the beach. Tanger Outlet mall and many golf courses - ladies shop, gentleman golf ... everyone happy!
NOTE: We are a PRIVATE rental in the Sand Dunes Resort and are NOT part of, or affiliated with the Sand Dunes resort rental program, we therefore have limited access to the front desk and resort staff. You will not be required to check in on arrival, so after a long day in the car you will have immediate access to paradise! ** Regretfully Motorcycles & Trailers NOT permitted **

About Rob Tomlinson
Originally from South Africa growing up at the coast we have always just loved the Ocean. We enjoy traveling and have spent considerable time visiting many countries and cities all around the world including the United States. During 1999 we decided it was time for a new adventure and applied for a visa to live and work in the USA. Settled in the Raleigh area in 2000 where we have been ever since. After many years working through the US Immigration process, received Green Cards in 2008 finally taking the oath and became a US Citizen in 2013.

We just love this area - so much to do and see, this is truly an amazing sea side paradise with something for everyone. The beaches are great, you can walk for hours with almost year round beautiful weather! A hundred Golf courses, maybe more - tons of shopping, Tanger outlet mall just 3 miles away, Broadway on the beach, the Boardwalk about 4 miles away and 1000+ restaurants to choose from. We especially enjoy the sunrises with our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Long early morning and evening walks are a daily routine. So many great places to visit in the area, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown, Charleston and Savannah within a days drive amongst many others interesting stops. Late afternoons usually spent relaxing with a cocktail or glass of wine on the balcony before dinner. Sunrise & coffee - no matter how late the night, this is something we never miss!! We especially enjoy the sunrises with our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Long early morning and evening walks are a daily routine. New carpeting, granite and good quality linens and towels are just a few of the quality comforts you will find. Window treatments, carpeting and tiles all replaced last Winter. Exactly as advertised!
This place is a perfect fit for a couple or single person wanting a nice place in Myrtle Beach. Beautiful room, well appointed, great comfy bed, very colorful, and inviting. Kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, and Rob and Connie were very attentive at responding to any questions. It was a great touch that a bottle of wine was in fridge upon our arrival, and enough supplies to ensure our 1st morning coffee. The location is awesome, quieter area than central MB, but many great restraunts, groceries, and starbucks all within walking distance and the beach and complex are awesome!

Condo with amazing view
This condo gets 5 star reviews because it is just as promised -- very clean, incredible view of the ocean, nice king size bed, nice towels, coffee maker, etc. The location is great - lots of restaurants, shops within a short distance. Didn't need a/c or heat but they seemed to work fine. Large fridge and cute little kitchen area, pots, pans, dishes, etc -- all in good shape. Having heard others complain about their rentals at this resort (Sand Dunes) -- I would strongly recommend you rent from Rob directly. He communicates quickly, clearly and is on top of everything. I would rent any of his properties because they are clearly well taken care and efficiently run. Sand Dunes is okay in general -- no problems with elevators or parking like sometimes happens when these places are crowded. Beach was nice. Not a luxury resort but looked like a lot of families were enjoying it.

This is a wonderful location and a great place to enjoy a beach getaway. The resort itself was neglected for many years but over the past 3 Winters the new commercial owners have been working very hard in getting the resort back into shape. The transformation has been amazing - Whilst we'd like to take credit for the condition of our condos but it all goes to our housekeeping team, they have lots of pride and do a fabulous job for us. We're blessed to have them assist us.

The pictures don't do this view justice! Absolutely stunning! The unit was clean, and well decorated. My husband hasn't stopped raving about the comfortable bed. After vacationing here for years, this owner by far was the easiest to work with, responding immediately to our inquiry for the unit, to accommodating us for a longer stay with no notice. We will definitely tell our friends! Thanks for a great vacation!

Property is located on Ocean Blvd, between 73rd and 74th Ave. Everything you need is within 4 miles in either direction. A nice quiet residential area of the Golden Mile with fantastic beaches!
