Four guests (our maximum) will find lots of space to enjoy time together (or reading off by oneself) on the first floor of the Guest House. There is a large living room with a flat screen TV, a sunroom, an outdoor patio and a cozy study that also has a large flat screen TV. Along with a beautiful chef's kitchen, a powder room is located on the first floor.
The second floor has two private bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom has a King bed, a flat screen TV and an adjoining private master bath with a large walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom, at the opposite end of the house, has a Queen sized bed and an adjoining private bathroom with a tub/shower and double sinks.

Wonderful Charleston Getaway
Two couples spent three nights in this fabulous cottage on Charlotte Street. It is gorgeous, immaculate, and has everything a guest could desire right down to farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator. Every detail has been carefully thought out and it all was so wonderful we hardly wanted to leave though we were there for the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE) so did make an effort to attend at least some of the events! The location is perfect as it is a lovely residential area and easy to walk everywhere. Thank you so much Ann and Fred for an excellent visit!
We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us at the Sarah Clifford Guest House! We loved having you and hope you return soon.
We had an amazing couples weekend!
From the moment you book to when you arrive and throughout your stay- Ann, Fred and the Sarah Clifford house attended to everything you could want! If Charleston wasn’t so beautiful and easy to navigate (thanks to Ann’s amazing recommendations and tips), we would have stayed in bed longer relishing in the decadence of the bedrooms and cooked our own meals in the beautiful kitchen. Do not hestitate to book- you deserve this type of vacation! We will be back!
Beautiful property. Great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sarah Clifford guest house. It is a beautifully renovated home. Hosts Ann & Fred have thought of everything. Excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this rental.

Sarah Clifford GH is convenient to everything on the peninsula and we love returning after daily adventures to such a warm, welcoming venue! Thank you again & again to Ann & Fred!
Beautiful, modern, clean house with great owners.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Sarah Clifford Guest House. Ann and Frank were excellent hosts and we would definitely stay here again. We arrived and found milk, coffee, eggs, water and more in the fridge, along with many other things in the house that were stocked for us. We could have almost left our suitcases at home! Truly a wonderful experience.
