The HOUSE MOORDEICH was built in 1890 as a small farmer's place by a master baker of Husum for his livestock overseer. At that time, the owners liked to put their money safely in pasture and cattle. AREA: Quick cities Husum, Friedrichstadt, Tonning and Garding be reached, they are only 11-14 km from the house Moordeich. The Wadden Sea is 4 km away and it is worthwhile to do every day to look over the dike. The bathing area with shower on Everschop-Siel can be reached by bicycle.

Großes Grundstück (Vermieter wohnt in separatem Atelier auf dem Grundstück), Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, sehr ruhige Lage (nächster Nachbar ca. 250 m entfernt), sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und intelligenter älterer Vermieter der gern Auskunft zu Ausflugszielen gibt und immer für einen Plausch zu haben ist, einfache aber charmante Einrichtung, die Küche ist zweckmäßig (Herd und Kochfeld sowie der zu kleine Kühlschrank könnten ersetzt werden), Betten bestanden aus einem Lattenrost und einer Latexmatratze, sehr kleiner Fernseher mit öffentliche rechtlichen Sendern...Das Haus ist ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort für Erholungssuchende, die dem Trubel, dem städtischen Leben entfliehen wollen und die Freiheit suchen...tolle Sonnenuntergänge inkl.☺️🌅
