Better than the photos

The log house on South Pender Island is awesome, better than the photos. When you think of fully equipped, from the kitchen, bathrooms to the laundry room, they take it a step further. With soaring ceilings on the main floor and all the huge rooms, you will not be lacking for space. There are plenty of private locations in the home to settle down with a book, cup of coffee/tea or glass of very good wine from the Sea Star Winery on North Pender Island. After a hike that starts one house away and goes to the top of Mt. Norman, you will really appreciate the hot tub! Well, lets be honest, you'll enjoy it with a glass of wine and no hike! The decks have a great view of Saturna Island. We will definitely be trying to make it back in the summer this time.

Breakaway Vacations is the authorized agent of the Owner of the rental property. The Owner has agreed to permit paying guests to occupy the Property on the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and the Guest wishes to occupy the Property and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

General Terms and Conditions

1.The Guest shall not assign this Agreement nor his rights hereunder to another person without Breakaway’s prior written authorisation.

2.The Guest agrees to vacate the Property on the date and at the time set forth in this Agreement and further agrees to leave the Property clean, tidy and in the same condition as it was found at the beginning of the Occupancy Period.

3.The Guest accepts responsibility for any damage, breakages, missing items, loss or injury to the Property caused by the Guest or any of the Guest’s Party. The Guest further accepts responsibility for the cost of long distance telephone calls made from the Property during the Guest’s stay. The Guest authorises Breakaway to deduct all costs incurred under the terms of this paragraph from the Guest’s security deposit and promptly to pay to Breakaway any such cost over and above the security deposit.

4.The Guest, for himself and on behalf of all members of the Guest’s Party, agrees to behave in a proper and responsible manner and shall not create a nuisance to occupants of neighboring properties while renting the Property. The Guest assumes responsibility for the behaviour and conduct of the Guest’s party pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as if such persons were named as Guests herein.

5.The Guest agrees to indemnify and save harmless Breakaway and the Owner from all expenses, claims, losses, actions, damages or liabilities of any description which may in any way relate to or arise from the use of the Property by the Guest or the Guest’s Party, where the Guest or a member of the Guest’s party is responsible for, or has directly or indirectly caused sa
