Um die Reservation definitiv zu machen, ist eine Anzahlung von 50% des gesamten Mietpreises per Bankzahlung zu überweisen.
Drei Wochen (21Tage) vor Mietantritt ist der Rest der Miete fällig (50%). Bei einer Annullierung von weniger als 28 Tagen vor Mietantritt, verfällt das Anrecht auf die Rückerstattung der Anzahlung. Im Mietzins sind sämtliche Nebenkosten eingeschlossen.
