Stylish 60s house with all the amenities of a modern 6-room villa on a prime area above Cannes and Golfe Juan, in the prestigious neighborhood of Super Cannes. For privacy, a handsome, beautifully maintained turnaround ensures surrounded by greenery. Ideal for couples of friends or families. (2 floors, 2 kitchens). The villa is located on Maderane a quiet location yet only a few minutes' drive from Cannes Golfe Juan and Vallauris.

Shopping facilities are within 10-15 min. Reachable, either in itself or in Cannes Vallauris and Golfe Juan. In Cannes every day there will be a wonderful fruit, vegetable and fish market, in the summer and winter. Smaller markets such there are also in the surrounding villages, but you have to inform yourself, because these can not find a place daily. Then you can put on one of the many sandy beaches along the Croisette in Cannes or in Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins are the same. If you want it quiet and have very private, so our pool is to dangle with the fantastic sea view is the perfect place for the soul. A8 (Nice - Marseilles), exit Cannes Centre, Mougins; sharp right turn towards Chemin de Belvédére, follow road, after the underpass (Chemin des Collines) Straight forward about 1500 m to the next intersection. Turn left (right route of Bréguières) until the red light. Continue right (still Chemin des Collines), after about 2 km Stop (right direction Le Cannet, turn left towards Hélio Marin) straight (Chemin des Collines) about 3 km from the nearest stop. Turn left, Route de Cannes, (left Av. De Vallauris) immediately after the next bend a small road goes steeply up, Chemin de la Chappelle St. Antoine, until the next stop, about 100 m straight on (Av. Du Pezou) to the next stop. Turn left (Av. Du Château d'Eau), follow to the next intersection (on the right side it has a yellow letter box), straight (Grand Boulevard de Super Cannes cross), the boulevard Lucien Grandjean follow to the next intersection , Sharp left turn and you are on the Boulevard des Glaïeuls. The house itself is in the sideboard of the lower living room a detailed manual in German, English and French. This is all described what we need to know at the BBQ, pool, outdoor pool and lighting, appliances, waste disposal etc. to handle and use. In the basement under the terrace has a basket with petanque balls for petanque in the garden below. A list of all the useful and necessary phone numbers, business cards with restaurants in all price ranges, jet ski, boat, scooter rental, etc. is also located in one of the drawers.
