3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Luxury Accommodation On Spacious Lot

This beautiful home has recently been renovated. You will appreciate how clean and new everything feels. It features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The eating area has seating for six. The vaulted living room has a leather sectional sofa and a 46' Smart TV. Netflix is available. Air Broadcast channels only which include ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and a few more. Each bedroom has a TV. All the Beds have memory foam mattress and all bedding is white. Each bedrooms has a walk-in closet.

Hardwood floors throughout add to the cleanliness of the home. There is a large fenced back yard with an additional fenced patio area for privacy. A grill is supplied for outdoor entertaining. This home is conveniently located close to, The Kentucky Horse Park, Keenland Race Track, Bluegrass Airport, University of Kentucky, Rupp Arena and Downtown Lexington.

Very nice and comfortable

We were staying at this house for 10 days. The house is in a very quite neighborhood and close to downtown and Kentucky Horse Park. Greg was very helpful answering all the questions very quickly. The house is very nice and comfortable and we highly recommend this house!!

So, so clean, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, close to the horse park. Showers had plenty of pressure and hot water. We had a super stay!

Perfect for our visit

Very nice and well kept home in a quiet, central neighborhood. We had no issues at all with the house. Every thing we needed was there and the kitchen was well equiped. The main reason we chose to stay at a house was for a washer and dryer - it was an excellent decision for us and we got home with bags of CLEAN clothes:) Not to mention we seldom ate out because we had the option to cook. I am certain we saved money over a hotel and didn't have the hotel noise to deal with. Would book this property again without hesitation.

CLEAN, CLOSE TO ALL, LOVELY

THIS WAS ONE OF THE VERY NICEST VRBO PROPERTIES I HAVE EVER RENTED. CLOSE TO THE KY HORSE PARK WHICH IS WHERE WE WENT ALMOST DAILY. THE INTERNET WORKED VERY WELL AND THE NETFLIX ON THE TV PROVIDED ENTERTAINMENT ON RAINY DAYS. ONE OF MY ROOMMATES SAID IT WAS THE ONLY PROPERTY WE'VE EVER RENTED WHERE HE FELT LIKE HE COULD WALK BAREFOOT THROUGH THE HOUSE! THERE IS A SMALL OUTDOOR PRIVATE PATIO IN THE BACK THAT IS NICE FOR EATING OUTSIDE. RENTERS HAVE USE OF THE HUGE GARAGE, BUT NO CLICKER SO THAT'S A LITTLE USELESS. OTHERWISE, IT WAS PERFECT.

Lovely house in a great location, exactly as described in the listing. Very easy to find, and so close to Kentucky Horse Park! Loved the outdoor patio and privacy fence. Very well furnished and very well stocked with everything we needed, and so clean and well maintained! We very much enjoyed our stay, and definitely recommend to others. We would like to return next year!
