Central Location to all Kentucky Activities

Home was exactly as described! It is obvious owner takes pride in this home as not even a speck of dust could be found! Everything had its place and it was well equipped! There are ice cube trays as someone previously mentioned buying ice. We had no problem keeping the trays going. I also agree about a squeaky bed as the bedroom facing the backyard was loud on turning. We toured Kentucky Horse Park, toured Woodford Reserve, attended opening day at Keenland, saw Kentucky beat Missouri, ate at Merricks Inn and Ramsey's Diner! Recommend those activities for all! Location was perfect. We did not have to communicate with owner and everything went smoothly!

Great location, very comfortable house

My daughters and I stayed at this beautiful place for an event at the Kentucky Horse Park, which is about 10 min away. The house is exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. I loved having large closets in all three bed rooms with ample space to hang clothes. We did not cook, but the kitchen is well equipped and I enjoyed using nice matching dishes and silver ware (not the usual mismatched old collection we found in other rentals before) for breakfast. The wifi works really well. The owner responds quickly and is easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect in every way

This house was exactly as it was advertised. Comfortable, clean, easy in and out, directions were spot on, love the garage - made loading and unloading a breeze. The only thing missing, is an ice maker in the fridge. So bring a bag of ice, and you have everything you need. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and house

Very nice and clean rental house. The location was perfect for us as we had an event at Masterson Station and it's only minutes away. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet.

We didn't cook anything, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you need to cook along with a large kitchen table. The beds are very comfortable, although my only small complaint is the box springs for the bed are very noisy when you roll over or move. Otherwise it's a great rental and I would recommend it.
