Why Jim & Gail Shroyer chose Estes Park
Jim and Gail bought Mountain Haven as their future retirement home. They love the mountains, the rivers, the incredible wildlife, and the people of Estes Park!
What makes this House unique
Estes Park is a wonderful community with a multitude of activities. You can hike one of the hundreds of fabulous trails in Rocky Mountain Park, drive the Trail Ridge Road, watch animals, talk to friendly people, shop or eat in 'one of a kind' shops and restaurants, or walk along the river and enjoy the many water works in the center of town.

Extraordinary Views of the wildlife in a very welcoming home
Beautiful home with many amenities. We fell in love with this place. The wildlife was abundant, we were right on the river. Spent many a nights around the campfire listening to the river.
This home was very accommodating, slept all six of us very comfortably. Many places throughout the residence where we could read, play games or just enjoy one another. Very willing to go out of their way to do anything to make our stay extraordinary. Thanks again for helping us make wonderful memories
Annual Trip to Estes Park
We have been vacationing in Estes Park for several years. The location of this property relative to downtown and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is ideal. The home is perfect, but the majority of our time was spent in the backyard enjoying the Big Thompson River. Coffee by the river in the mornings is therapeutic!
We spent two great weeks at Mountain Haven this summer. I hate to give away a secret, but it's an amazing place in EP. You're close to everything and away from everything at the same time. The property is in excellent condition and has full access to the Big Thompson river. We would stay here again in a heat beat.
