Situated on the 4th floor, this bright and airy apartment is perfect for any stay in Cannes. Crystal Palace is centrally located, just a few streets back inland from the JW Marriott Hotel, on the corner of Boulevard de Strasbourg and Rue Louis Nouveau. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress is only approx 10 minutes walk away. It is 5 minutes walk to beaches and restaurants. Boulevard de La Croisette, the famous seafront promenade and Rue D'Antibes, the main shopping street are just minutes away. There is a lift, and secure parking available in a basement garage. The 48sq m apartment contains a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. The apartment can sleep up to four people very comfortably. The apartment has a sunny south-west balcony. It has air-conditioning. It is suitable for individuals on business, or for couples or families on vacation. Whatever your reason for visiting Cannes, Crystal Palace is perfect for your stay this year.

CLEANLINESS: Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

Lovely bight comfortable apartment just minutes from the beach the restaurants and all amenities!

Really lovely bright and spacious apartment with balcony facing south and east. The large bay window in the living room gives the place an airy open feel. Good air conditioning and excellent WiFi were a bonus. The supermarket and boulangerie are two minutes walk and the beaches, the shops and the markets are only a short walking distance away. A very pleasant experience!

The apartment is set back a few streets behind the JW Marriott Hotel in a residential area. It is very well situated to reach everything in Cannes conveniently. While there is car parking, you can walk to everything you need in minutes! Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (4 mins), Cannes's best Casino supermarket - they deliver groceries too (3 mins), restaurants (4 mins), beaches (6 mins), the Palais (10 mins), La Croisette (6 mins), train station (5 mins), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (10 mins), marketplace Gambetta (4 mins), marketplace Forville (9 mins).
