This ocean view cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway! The home is a dog-friendly, one-bedroom unit with a large deck and incredible views! The stunning views stretch far to the south along the pristine coastline. You are also in the middle of a bird sanctuary so you will see all types of wildlife roaming around.
The house is set up with a mini fridge and a microwave along with a coffee maker so it is perfect for preparing quick and easy microwavable meals or you can take a break from cooking all together and sample the exquisite local fare at Roseanna's in the heart of Oceanside. If you are looking for a lively atmosphere, there are a lot of restaurants in Netarts and Tillamook that are a short drive away.
The main living space features a sofa with ocean views and a nice dining table for two. The bedroom is quite spacious and provides excellent views as well to go along with a TV with DirecTV and a DVD player. The bathroom features a tub and shower combination.
Bring your dog for a small nightly fee, and an additional fee per stay.
This house may also be combined with the unit above to make it a 3 bedroom with a loft that sleeps up to 8. The separate entrances make it a great option for two couples who want to be close while retaining their own private space.
*Due to unreliable cell phone service in the area, guests are advised to make any phone calls/messages in the town of Netarts, three miles away*

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Just a little better than a motel, but barely
We enjoyed the view and the bed was comfy. Other than that it was difficult to enjoy our stay. We were charged a cleaning fee and the place had dust all over, that you could write your name in. Windows were dirty too, and the sliding door track was gross! The bathroom had dirty window sills and base molding, as well as peeling paint. The carpet was stained and stinky and felt damp when barefoot. It made the whole place smell musty and even my clothes smelled when I returned home. And the lighting was extremely dim, so you couldn't even read at night. There is no way to cook food, only a microwave and small mini fridge so plan to buy food in town before coming to the place. Or bring a crockpot to cook in. You really would need to bring a whole kitchen, which isn't much different than an ocean front motel, which would have been preferred. The road up is VERY narrow and dangerous. There is no cell reception in Oceanside so you must travel away to get service, but there is wifi for email so prepare to be unplugged. I was hopeful that things would be better than they were and while it wasn't the worst place to stay, it wasn't a relaxing get away either. I felt like I should be cleaning!

Cozy cabin with breathtaking views!
My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary/baby moon at the skybeach cabin #2 and enjoyed our stay immensely. Although the weather did not always cooperate (rained quite a bit), we were able to make the most of the spectacular ocean views from inside. Spending time on the beach and going on hikes filled our days. We spent one day in Tillamook, going to the cheese factory and the Air Museum to stay dry! Overall, we had an incredible vacation and it was always nice to come back to the cozy cabin to relax .
We've always returned and chose the Sky Beach #2 as a peaceful stay. But this time the Sky Beach #1 was occupied. It turned to be uncomfortably noisy at night. Also the conditions of the Sky Beach #2 needed an overall cleaning. Always loved staying here but will have second thoughts before renting on our return to the area.
Lovely location and stay overall! Most comfortable bed!! :)
Please indicate in your welcome email that the downstairs unit does NOT actually have a kitchen. The welcome email stated there were pots and pans available for use, which implied there was a stove top to use. We brought food thinking we could cook it, but there was only a microwave and mini fridge, not even a cutting knife or large enough bowls to use/cook in the microwave with.
