SILVER LAKE SONATA is your home-away-from-home in beautiful Deer Valley... a winter wonderland for the ski enthusiast, a culinary excursion for the food connoisseur and a summer refuge for the adventurer.
ACCOMMODATIONS… This home offers upgraded finishes and furnishings throughout, with both luxury and mountain comfort in mind. The entry level houses three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, washer and dryer and a private deck with six-person hot tub. The upper level includes an open kitchen – dining – great room layout ideal for family gatherings and entertaining with magnificent views of Deer Valley and Park City. An open loft overlooking the Great Room is the perfect retreat for a good read, cocktails with friends or game night with the family.
LOCATION… The Ridgepoint town home community is perched just above 8,000 feet in beautiful Silver Lake adjacent to Deer Valley Resort… known for its luxurious amenities such as ski valets, groomed-to-perfection slopes and gourmet dining in three elegant day lodges. Just a few of the reasons why Deer Valley Resort has been consistently ranked #1 (5 of the past 7 years) by the readers of SKI Magazine.
Our unique location allows convenient ski-in/out access to Deer Valley slopes. A residential access trail just steps from the front door leads to the Last Chance and Success ski runs (down to Snow Park Lodge). Return home by way of the Homestake Chair to the Silver Link Trail. From there, a short walk down Royal Street East to Sterling Drive leads you back to our private access trail.
We're just a quarter-mile from Silver Lake Village... an Alpine community surrounding Deer Valley's mid-mountain Ski Lodge (lift tkts, rental, and free overnight storage). The Village is home to many of Park City's finest restaurants including Stein Eriksen's, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe, Cena and Goldener Hirsch. After a great day on the slopes don't miss out on Apres Ski at the Goldner Hirsch or a soothing afternoon treatment at the Spa at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. Silver Lake offers a variety of shopping and ski related services as well.
Historic Old Town, Park City is less than 3.5 miles away. An easy 5-minute drive or shuttle down to Main Street is a must... lined with quaint gift and clothing boutiques, art galleries, entertainment venues and over 50 restaurants sure to please every palate.

I have never written a review on Homeaway, but feel it important to take the time to review this amazing property. My husband and I rent through Homeaway.com/travel quite often- and I usually feel "fine" about the places we stay, but this one far exceeded my expectations. This property was so lovely--- impeccably clean, updated, inviting, and fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. We had quite a large party staying in the home, and there was more than enough dinnerware, cutlery, pots/pans, pillows, etc. I often find staying in a rental property, the owner doesn't always supply even the essentials, but this home went above and beyond. The location is amazing, beautiful surroundings, quiet, and an easy enough location for even our kids to access the ski in/ski out lifts to the Deer Valley ski resort. We will without a doubt inquire about staying here again in the near future!
We had a great time in DV and the condo was perfect for our needs. Would stay again winter or summer.
We visited for a week in the summer with 2 children. It was a great location, modern, clean, well-maintained with all the necessities and more! You can't beat the location, very nice views from the balcony, top of the line hot tub. It exceed all our expectations! We travel often, stay here with confidence.
Less than 50 yard walk to ski access trail. Very comfortable condo with nice amenities including hot tub! Ski out easily in good snow conditions, but can be a bit icy for the average to below average skier. Ski in a bit more difficult and requires walking at least a 100 yards. Still very nice place and worth the value! Would return.
Service was great, property was clean and stocked with toilet paper and other necessary items like dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. communication was great with manager. No problems. Updated inside and looks great. Great ski access too.
