Due to strict condo rules, we have a 2 WEEK minimum reservation.

Step onto a spacious 32' gulf front balcony from either the master bedroom or living area and enjoy stunning, unrestricted views of the deep blue Gulf of Mexico, schools of dolphins and gorgeous sunsets. Look for shells in the sugary sand, swim in the ocean or a secluded heated pool. Enjoy beautiful beach views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and dressing area.

Located in the Rose Condominium - described by guests as, “The most beautiful setting on the Gulf”; “Best condo we have stayed in when we come to Florida”; “You can’t help but hear the waves and surf at night”; “From the huge balcony all you see is beautiful ocean and the sunset is amazing”, the unit is one of only 30 in this quiet, private, building with covered parking and secure key entry for the elevator, rooms and pool area.

The condo has WiFi throughout and an open floor plan including living room, dining room and kitchen. The condo sleeps 6: a master suite with king bed, full bathroom, flat screen TV and Jacuzzi; a second bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV/DVD & adjoining bathroom; a third bedroom with flat screen TV.

The full kitchen has been upgraded with all new appliances; the dining table seats 6-8; the living area has a large flat screen TV/DVD, a game table with games and puzzles, working fireplace, and a stocked bookcase. The condo also has a washer/dryer. Beach supplies are furnished to make your beach experience more enjoyable; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, rafts and beach toys.

Directly across the street is: Estelle Harper Park with free tennis courts and a children’s playground; the award-winning Indian Shores Coffee Company; the Indian Shores town library; Indian Shores Town Hall offering yoga, rumba, Pilates and other classes. A ten minute walk brings you to the Sun Coast Seabird Sanctuary, Town Square Nature Park and five highly rated restaurants and putt-putt golf. Three public golf courses (Palm Hill Golf Club; Largo Golf Course & Baypoint Golf Club) are within a 15 minute drive. The trolley stop is next to the building and will take you to lots of fun stops for dining, shopping and to visit other beaches. There are activities such as para-sailing, jet ski, kayak, scooters, or bike rentals nearby. And you can fish from the beach or book a fish charter for the day!

The Rose is a quiet refuge from hectic life and is only a 30 minute drive from Tampa International Airport, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, Tropicana Field, and Raymond James Stadium. A 45 minute drive brings you to Busch Gardens & Adventure Island and only 90 minutes to Disney World and Universal Studios!!

Lovely vacation - beautiful beach- wonderful sunsets

My family stayed for 2 weeks in July. Lovely beach and spectacular views & sunsets. It is a good size balcony. The condo is spacious and having 3 bedrooms let everyone have their own space. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Efficient, quiet air conditioning. The condo is well equipped for the beach - with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, floats etc The coffee shop across the road makes good coffee and fresh muffins. The kids enjoyed walking to the mini golf. The Salt Rock grill restaurant is across the road - which is a great restaurant. Other restaurants require a car. There are good restaurants that deliver - Mikes Pub & grill was one. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had - dropped off an air mattress for our 7th guest. The clothes dryer stopped working but they had a repair man on site to fix very quickly & even gave us a gift for our trouble. The only negative is the carpark - there is an allocated undercover space, which is great, but the driveway in/out is very narrow - tricky to navigate with a large vehicle.

All in all a lovely vacation spot !

Nosey Neighbors-Report to owners-incorrect information.

My family stayed for 2 weeks. 3rd day in call from rental office after neighbors called the owners to report smoking on the balcony. The rules of the condo where outlined and where followed. We treat any place we stay as our own home, this incident made the visit uncomfortable and we where on edge the entire time that the music or TV where to loud. Some upgrades where done, but things remained partially complete. We left this condo as clean or actually cleaner than we found it. When we checked out I told the rental agency my concerns and also spoke with Pat the owner. Neither seemed to care about my concerns or problems with the neighbors. We followed all the rules and took excellent care of the condo, even left some kitchen equipment behind that I would have loved to have back, but wasn't worth calling the rental agency or owner since they didn't really seem to care about the concerns and issues we had during our stay. Very sad that things turned out that way. We have been vacationing in this area for more than 20 years.

Owner's Response: We work hard to provide a wonderful vacation experience for our guests and wished we’d had the opportunity to do the same for this guest as well. To create those opportunities, our guests are encouraged to call us directly with any problem or issue they encounter. The neighbors next door did have incorrect information – they'd just bought their unit; we brought the mistake to their attention and they felt terrible about what they’d done. Had we been called right when the problem occurred, rather than at check-out, things could have turned out differently. We apologized profusely and it was a surprise when this review appeared nine months later. We wish they had told us about the kitchen equipment - things left behind can happen on any trip. We’ve found and promptly returned forgotten items without charge for several guests, but they’d made us aware of the situation. As for the “partially complete” upgrades, we’re at a loss: the condo is as shown in the photos and all renovations were completed in one project before this rental. No one, this guest being the exception, since the renovation project, has made a comment beyond compliments. Regardless, a disappointing experience is something we go to lengths to prevent and we regret it happened.
