My family was in need of a getaway from the city and this log cabin was just the thing. Very comfortable and clean with everything we could need. Owners answered any and all questions. It was nice to just tan and read on the deck, looking out over the lake. Amazing views. Loved the hot tub. Friends had a boat that we could walk down to the Marina and go out on for some fun water activities, boat time, and a swim in the middle of the lake. Husband and I went to the nearby winery for a glass of wine and some wine tasting. Very convenient. Groceries a short drive away or at the Marina. Also golf right across the road. Relaxing time and would definitely come again- look forward to it.

We are so glad you had a wonderful vacation! We would be delighted to see you again.
Had a lovely stay here at The Cabin, with my sister in-law and our 4 children. The cabin was beautiful and immaculately clean. It has a well stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and comfortable furniture. The added hot tub was a bonus for the children to warm up after swimming in the lake. The large deck was very welcoming to enjoy the view of the lake any time of the day. Having Great and Floyd next door was very accommodating for questions or help with navigating day trips. The are very kind people, and enjoyed booking through them. I highly recommend this
vrbo to families.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at the cabin in anglemont. Greta and Floyd were amazing and were extremely helpful. The cabin is even more beautiful than it looks on t
he website. We enjoyed a morning coffee and a glass of wine on the deck every day. Such an amazing view 😊 Lots of fun on the lake and plenty to do in the area. I would return to this lovely home close to the lake again. A huge thank you to Greta and Floyd....I wish you were my neighbors!
Kim, Dave and family.
We are absolutely beyond impressed with this rental and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Stunning accommodation, the cabin itself is immaculate and fitted with only the finest furnishings, linens, pillows (ohhh the pillows!) and bedding. Cozy and massive at the same time, fit our family of 7 more than comfortably. Anglemont Marina is very close by and the staff there are lovely (Pizza is very good too). The patio, hot tub, privacy and view were second to none and the best part was dealing with the landlords. We are lucky to have landed this place and will book again in the future without question. Thank you again for the memories!!!
This is absolutely the place I can see my family coming back to year after year. It has everything the Shuswap Lakes can offer all-in-one. The location is spot on - 2 min walk to the marina and boat launch, 5 min walk to the Anglemont public beach, 10 min drive to the Celista Winery and a 15 min drive to Crowfoot Mountain snowmobile and quading trails. The golf course is literally across the street.
The cabin itself is an understatement - it is huge for a vacation rental, but at the same time feels very cozy and homey. It has a full kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and plenty of lounging and living areas to relax in. It has a large deck you can sit out on and either enjoy the beautiful lake view over morning coffee or do some amateur stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. There is a fire pit and barbeque on the property as well. It's really just the perfect place to come back to and relax at after spending a long day on the water.
The upkeep of the property is immaculate - you can really tell a lot of care has gone into the cabin. We showed up to a clean, high-end hotel quality rental and there was even an information binder on the kitchen counter highlighting activities to do, trail systems to check out and even some coupons for the golf course across the road! The cabin was stocked with DVDs and games for our family to use. I was very impressed with the overall quality of the property and the owners were very helpful and friendly, making our stay all the more better. I'll definitely be recommending this place to any other friends and family in the future!
We came with our 3 year old and loved the location and family style accomodation. The owners pay great attention to detail in the upkeep and cleanliness of the cabin. Cabin is a huge under-statement, it's a log home. High quality linens and comfortable beds. The proximity to lake, golf, wineries, ATV trails, even hanging out on the deck over looking lake are all excellent. Will be booking this spot again with another family.
We have been coming out to the Shuswaps for many years now for our summer vacation and this place has so far been our favorite. It is perfect for literally everything that we had wanted to do. Logging trails on Anglemont Mountain and Crowfoot Mountain were 10 min tops to get to which were perfect for quading and dirtbiking. The marina was walking distance which was perfect for launching the boat and going out on the lake. A golf course was right across the street and made for the perfect morning kickstarter doing 9 holes. After the long days of activities we were able to come back have a supper and then hit the hot tub. Would definitely recommend renting from these people as they were very accommodating and extremely nice.
