QUIET PRIVATE TROPICAL LAGOON SETTING, FISH FROM THE DECK!
Enjoy the ocean breeze when you stay in our large townhouse style villa. The villa looks out over the 13-area lagoon located within Island Club and is situated in the most quiet and peaceful setting of the resort. We are just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the ocean and 2 minutes to the pool area. After a fun filled day gazing at the ocean, you can set back on our spacious deck and enjoy the beauty of the tranquil lagoon and its entertaining wildlife. You can also fish in the lagoon if you prefer. Island Club is a family oriented beach community with three pools, 9 tennis courts, and many other amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. The grounds are quiet and serene with a lush tropical natural landscape that is well maintained. The resort is situated on the heel of Hilton Head Island. The beautiful 27-acre, gated beachfront community over looks the Atlantic Ocean and is monitored 24/7 by the onsite security guards.
Down stairs the villa features a full size kitchen fully furnished with kitchen utensils, appliances, plus washer & dryer. There is a dining area, which seats six. Enjoy watching the 50” flat screen HD TV's in the living room. High-speed wireless Internet is also available. You will enjoy the spacious deck off the living room, which is perfect for sitting on and watching the wildlife after a long day at the beach. Listen to the sound of the peaceful soothing waterfall as you begin or end you activity packed day. The 13-acre catch and release lagoon is stocked with bass, brim, and occasionally a monster carp. It is also the aquatic home to our huge flock of ducks and several turtles. For added convenience there is a half bathroom downstairs.
This villa comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are two bedrooms located upstairs. The large master bedroom has a king size and a twin size bed with HDTV. The spacious walk in closet provides ample storage space. It also has it own private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size and a twin size bed. There are two large closets and it too has its own private bathroom. This bedroom also has a TV.
Parking is just steps from the front door. There are no elevators to deal with and no one over your head making noise. Storage is provided in the fenced in area in front of the villa in which you can store beach items, bikes, or fishing gear. An outdoor gas grill, charcoal grill, and a picnic table are located in front of our villa. You can cook out every night if you would like or enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants located on the Island.
Located in the heart of the community is the beautiful three tiered pool area. The lower tier houses the Kid’s Pool, complete with bubblers, water arcs and a giant raining mushroom in the center. The entire pool is a foot deep and perfect for younger children!
The middle tier is where the main/lap pool is located. The most notable feature of the lap pool is the beautiful water feature that creates a stunning waterfall from just below the garden planter. This pool ranges from 3 to 5 1/2 feet deep. The pool is heated until November and reopens again in early spring.
The top tier has a large Jacuzzi hot tub and the tanning shelf pool. The hot tub is open until late November and then reopens again in early spring. There is another smaller Jacuzzi hot tub located on the side of the tennis shop that is open when the large Jacuzzi is shut down.
The Tennis Center is home to the workout room. There are exercise machines including stationary bikes, treadmills, a stair master, free weights, bench press, etc. It also has a dry heat sauna to enjoy after your workout. There is also a full size basketball court.
Also located on the property are 9 tennis courts and a raquet ball court available for our guest to reserve through the Island Club Tennis Center, as well as bike rentals. The Tennis Center offers lessons you can sign up for if you choose. The club also offers a summer activity program for your children.
The Island Club also provides two small business centers located in the Rotunda should you need to check your email, print airline tickets, or do some quick googling. The center also has wireless capabilities to provide wireless printing for most mobile devices (such as Android and Apple devices).
The property has five private beach accesses for owner/guest usage only. They each have a beach mat that leads all the way down to the hard pack sand. Each beach access is equipped with a showering station and a cook out area nearby for your convenience.
The main beach access, which includes a large sun deck, is outfitted with lots of bench seating and chaise lounges. The Gazebo itself has several picnic tables, gas and charcoal grills, and a playground for younger children. The large well-manicured lawn is spacious enough for a game of frisby, and several cornhole and ladder golf games are provided.
Beautiful Hilton Head Island is known worldwide for its top-notch golf courses. It’s home to long stretches of white sandy beaches, great shopping and has some of the best fine and casual dining in the South. Located 90 miles south of Charleston and just 30 miles north of Savannah, it’s the second largest barrier island on the East Coast. It’s 12 miles long and 5 miles wide. Hilton Head Island has miles of biking paths.
There is a two-car limit per Island Club rules.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Reservation Deposit: 1/2 of rental total due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance and security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Security/Damage Deposit. The deposit is refunded within 14 days of your departure date minus any expenses incurred.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit minus $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit unless the property can be rented at the full rental rate. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Weekly Rentals are typically from Saturday to Saturday unless other arrangements are made. Deviations can be made on a last minute basis and are subject to availability.
Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM.

Our family resides in the upstate of South Carolina. My husband and I have four children and two grandchildren. We grew up in Lumberton, NC. We love Hilton Head Island and purchased this townhouse because of its great location to the beach, it's spacious and located in a quite part of the resort, and the awesome amenities that Island Club offers. It's our home away from home. Hopefully it will become yours also.

This was our first time on the island and couldn't have picked a better condo to rent. The close orientation to facility attributes makes it a place where the use of a car can be illuminated. We bicycled as much as we liked, the island boasts 53 miles of bicycle trails. We could easily walk to the beach, tennis, pools of all kinds, or just sit on the deck an enjoy the scenery. We think we have moved our normal beach stay from Folley Beach to Hilton Head, so much more relaxing. Have a great time at this property.
My family and I were very satisfied with the accommodation, they were clean ,comfortable . The unit had all the amenities we needed. The closeness to the pool, hot tub was good the kiddie pool was a big hit for my 3 year old granddaughter. The beach access was close to our unit which was good for all the beach stuff we had to take. Over all we were very satisfied and wood highly recommend Island Club Vacation Properties.

Nicely decorated, very clean and spacious! Our family of 8 (5 adults and 3 small children) stayed for a week with plenty of room. The short walk to the beach (5 minutes for us because of the kids) and 2 minutes to the pool was great. The fenced in storage right outside of the condo was awesome. We were able to keep our 4 rented bikes along with all our beach/pool stuff in there. Bike paths were just outside the Island Club on Folley Field road. We highly recommend this unit.
We stayed from March 12-19th and had an amazing week. The condo is very clean and super comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing week. The location was wonderful, an easy 5 minute walk to a very lovely stretch of beach, with great pool, basketball and tennis courts available for all guests to use. Great shopping nearby, including Tanger Outlets, and very close to grocery stores & restaurants.
This was our first time visiting the area and we were delighted by how beautiful Hilton Head Island is - it feels like a giant nature preserve. We didn't venture out too much, thanks to an unseasonably warm March week (25 C and above) but did enjoy an easy afternoon/evening trip to Savannah - for St. Patrick's Day ! Saw dolphins right off the beach our last morning which may have been the highlight of the trip.
We would definitely rent with Donna again if we return to HHI and would highly recommend the property and destination.
We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head, and this condo helped make it possible! The unit was incredibly clean, and I really, really appreciated it! The beds were wonderfully comfortable, too. The walk to the beach only took about 5 minutes (and that's with a three year old walking), but I'm sure it would be faster for others. The pool was awesome, and the grounds were so clean. We definitely want to come back!
