Guestbook comments from the owner

We found this house to be very nice, clean, fully equipped and in a really good neighborhood. We liked having a closed garage with plenty of room for our car(s). As frequent vacation renters we were impressed that everything in the house worked. The area is quite and well kept. The owner was responsive to our questions, provided most of the needed information prior to our arrival. The property was exactly as described and pictured online. This was our third year (two previous in other locations) renting in Prescott and this house and location are the best thus far. The view of a green open space and mountains are a bonus. There are restaurants, theaters, grocery stores all nearby. I can't imagine a need that could arise that isn't available just a few miles away. Yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We've already planned our return.

My hubby and I and our greyhound stayed in this lovely home from 12/13/16 thru 4/1/17. Everything that we needed was right there in the home. We felt at home the moment that we walked through the door. We also enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Holiday, thank you for sharing your home and it was a pleasure doing business with you. Also, a special thank you to Mike for his kindness and always being available if we needed him.

Feels like home and amazing location!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this lovely home from October-January (2017-2018) while we were waiting for our house to be built. We couldn't have chosen a better rental. The home is in a great neighborhood and close to grocery stores, restaurants and the mall. The view from the backyard is spectacular and we saw lots of wildlife nearly daily. For the price if you have pets I really don't think you'll find anything better, we had actually been in another rental that was nearly the same price and about a third of the size but we got so lucky that this home became available. The home is actually bigger than these pictures show. The office area off of the master was nice too. The TVs are a bit old school, but it was amusing to see a VCR again and they do all work just fine and we actually had our own TV so we just hooked that up. I don't think there were any supplies they didn't think of and our whole family felt like we were at home. Also, if you do run into any problems, Mike was great to quickly come out and fix it.

Lovely Home Away-from-Home

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful home. The pictures are as it is. It is easy to have pets here because you are able to shut off the carpeted areas. The kitchen is roomy, beds are comfortable and very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas in Prescott!

  • 4 of 5

This home was perfect for Christmas! When we walked in, we found the house kept on going! It's much larger than it looks. The home is very quiet and spacious. My 23-yr-old had her own room and bath at one end while my husband and I had the other side. The beds were very comfortable with a CA King in the master! There's even a nice office space off the master bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked. However the pressure from the faucet is a slight stream which made clean-up time longer. Also, TV's are of old school and hard to maneuver through with cable wires in the front. There is a very spacious laundry room with easy to use washer and dryer. Also, wonderful to have the full use of the garage space and able to come right in from the cold. The backyard view of pine trees with snow falling and deer meandering was spectacular! Holiday (Owner) was wonderful to work with and would immediately respond to any problems that popped up. Thank you Holiday for making this past Christmas special as we were able to bring my 91-yr-old mother (she lives in assisted care there) to the house for the day. She thoroughly enjoyed the space and time with us.

great location in Prescott in a quiet neighborhood with pine trees in the back yard

  • 5 of 5

This property was furnished with everything you could possibly need. The family room windows were great to look out into the back yard of pine trees. Nice to have a washer/dryer and a garage too.

The owner provided wonderful customer service and was always responsive to questions.
