Fantastic Historical Experience!
A wonderful experience for those who appreciate the beauty and grace of a historical structure. The view of the city of St. Paul from the back-yard was the perfect back-drop for this mansion which is the most unique landmark in the neighborhood.
Great stay at the mansion. We were here for the weekend of our wedding and everything was great! The view was beautiful and the character of the house was perfect for the wedding pictures! Scott was wonderful and accommodating! I would definitely recommend staying here!

A beautiful getaway
My (now) husband and I rented this place our wedding weekend. We wanted somewhere for the wedding party to stay and also somewhere to take indoor photos (in case it rained!). Well this property was perfect for both! The home is eclectically decorated and incredibly comfy - it's a dream home. And incredibly reasonably priced considering it held all 12 of us. The owner and staff were incredibly responsive and helpful - both when we wanted to scope the place out in the beginning and when my sister had to return after check-out to pick up some things she left behind. This place gets a high recommendation from us! We'd love to come back.
The Dearing Mansion is both majestic and comfortable. It’s like living in a home & design magazine. Every room is a delight. And yet it is cozy… hanging out in the kitchen, puttering around on the heated floors in the bathroom, relaxing in the sauna. We rented the entire home to accommodate out-of-town family for a January wedding. We would have spent much more if we all booked hotel rooms. Instead we all had our privacy and could hang-out together. We had the groom’s dinner there – the home’s flow made it a perfect venue. We loved every minute.
Thank you for the kind words! It was a pleasure to host you and your group. The description that you give of your experience is the exact reason we enjoy sharing it and it is our hope that all guests feel as at home as you did. Thank you so much for caring for the Mansion as if it was your own. Please come again anytime!
