There is a lot to love about this beach front condo. First is the amazing views of Perdido Pass. The sunrise is spectacular coming up over the horizon and you can have a front row seat from our eastern facing balcony. Watch the boats come and go or maybe see a dolphin or two from the large balcony. Enjoy the luxury of recently upgraded cabinets with granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The 12 foot ceilings and crown molding make this spacious unit feel even larger and more upscale. Enjoy cooking in a fully outfitted kitchen or take advantage of the barbecue grills just a short walk away.

The two bedrooms are roomy with their own flat screen televisions and DVD players. Both bedrooms have a private full bathroom, and wood flooring. You can listen to the sounds of the ocean in master bedroom which has it's own sliding door to the large balcony. The living room has a sleeper sofa for the 5th and 6th guest, and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. You can stay connected to the real world, should you choose to do so, through the dedicated WiFi available for each condo at Phoenix 7. Large windows and an additional sliding glass door provide an expansive unobstructed view of the beach from the living room.

Phoenix 7 is a great place for families to enjoy the summer sunshine. With a huge white sand beach and a large outdoor pool right out your back door there are hours of fun to be had. We also have a heated, indoor pool to give you relief from the sun, or let you continue to have fun, even when it's cold and rainy outside. Indoor racquetball is available when you tire of the outdoor tennis court. There is even shuffleboard and a basketball goal. Phoenix 7 is also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, fishing, and one of the largest marinas in the area.

Our condo has something very few others can offer, even at this same complex. Beautiful convenience. Being a first floor unit some might think there is less of a view. This is not the case with ours. You can drive right up to the front door (convienent) but step out onto the balcony and have the view of a second floor unit (beautiful). This works great for just about anyone but especially families with small kids. You will not get stuck in the elevator line with 12 bags of groceries, six suitcases, and cooler. Wave at your friends as you walk right by it, and into your condo. Believe me, when you forget something in the car, it's really nice to spend a minute, literally, getting it and returning to the room. The convenience still doesn't sacrifice the view. Just sit on the balcony and relax as you watch the surf, pool, and the endless horizon.

About Jay Lowery

We are a fun loving family of 4 that live in North Alabama. Dad grew up in Baldwin county, so every time we visit our condo it's a little like coming home to him. We love our animals, as we have 4 cats, 4 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 leopard geckos, but we keep our little friends at our northern home, much to the pleasure of our Phoenix friends and neighbors.

Why Jay Lowery chose Alabama Gulf Coast

We simply fell in love with our condo. The previous owners had made some nice upgrades, and with our own little touches, it's something we are really proud of. Although it is only about 1000 square feet, the 12 foot ceilings really open up the place. We were also impressed with the size of the second bedroom. In all actuality, it should really be considered a second master suite.

What makes this condo unique

12 foot ceilings and quick access to your vehicle are two big things that you just can't buy or even find in most places.

The pictures only show you a glimpse of reality. We invite you to come in and feel the comfort of this nicely decorated space with a relaxing environment that has already helped us in the creation of our own priceless memories.

Convenient! It was nearly ground level, right on the beach, and next to a pool.

My husband and I and our two teenagers visited. We didn't even use the pool because the beach was so convenient. We stayed five nights. We parasailed just around the corner at "chute for the sky". We ate at a fancy yet urban restaurant called cosmos. The entire trip was great!! The beds weren't too bad and each room has its own television. Our oldest slept in the living room with the big tv and Netflix. Make sure you have all your toiletries (including toilet paper) and your own beach towels though! This wasn't a big deal I just wish I would have known. Oh and laundry detergent if you want to do more than one load. I'm sad I didn't write in their visitors book but I just forgot. Jay was extremely helpful when I had questions and always responded promptly. Five stars for customer service for sure! We would do it again!

Beach unwind!

What a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and regain your sanity! This condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and in a perfect location! Jay was great to work with and very helpful. We loved the beach, the pool, even though the water was still a bit chilly, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Access to parking, pool and beach is perfectl. This condo is centrally located to stores, restaurants and great local attractions. We went deep sea fishing, enjoyed it even though we didn't catch anything, but learned that next time we will go with a smaller charter, too many people! We did the sunset dolphin cruise with The Southern Rose, absolutely Loved every minute of it!! The dolphins were so much fun! Our favorite places to eat are: The Southern Grind at the Wharf, Cayman Restaurant, and especially Wolf Bay Lodge! This is definitely a place we would come back to! Thank you Jay and Tracy!

Great place to stay for a beach vacation

My brother, sister-in-law, wife and I stayed a May 7 - 14 at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed the whole time. The condo is well maintained and very comfortable with two separate bedroom/bath combinations. It is located on the ground floor on the parking lot side which made it very easy to move luggage, etc into and out of the condo. The deck overlooks the pool with a great view of the Gulf. We spent several hours enjoying the deck. It is a short walk out to a very beautiful beach that was very clean and enjoyable even for us 70+ year olds. The owner, Jay Lowery, was very helpful in planning and assisting with any issues. It was a very enjoyable vacation at the beach. I expect we will be back in the future.

Couldn't ask for better!

My wife, two daughters and I could not have asked for a better condo or experience. To begin with we didn't have to go through the hassle of checking in and were able to unload our stuff and go directly too our condo. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for the week; all we had to do was go to the store and buy groceries. The location was excellent with the condo being on the first floor we didn't have to take an elevator or stairs. The view from the balcony was great; and the military does a fly by a couple of times a day with the Blue Angles and other interesting aircraft like the Osprey and Seahawk which if you have kids is really fun.

Jay and Tracy were great to work with. They were prompt to answer any questions I had and were full of information. All in all if you're looking for a condo to rent this is the one. You have great and personable owners and a great community. You couldn't ask for better.

Perfect winter getaway with kids

Great location, Great Rental, Beautiful Views

My family and I had our first beach vacation here. This condo has everything we needed. Umbrellas and chairs for the beach, every cooking utensil/pan we needed. We enjoyed a dolphin cruise on the Cold Mil Fleet. Great dining at Flora-Bama Yacht Club. The Gulf restaurant had an amazing atmosphere and food. We caught sand crabs at night on the beach and released them. Definately our 5 year old daughters favorite activity. My husband loved the location of the condo in relation to the parking lot. You park right outside and can walk directly in which was perfect for unpacking/repacking our car! Jay and Tracy were easily accessible if we had needed them but everything was in perfect order so we didn't need a thing. The condo was spotless, they have a great cleaning crew. The views from the balcony were beautiful, especially at sunset. There is even a beautiful dune right off of the walkway to the beach that we took family pictures in front of at sunset one evening. We absolutely recommend this condo and can't wait to start planning our next vacation!

Phoenix VII is located within walking distance to Perdido Pass. It is also near Gulf State Pier, the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The world famous Flora-Bama is only a short drive away. Shopping enthusiasts can enjoy the numerous boutique in the area, or immerse in the over 130 stores at the Tanger Outlet Mall, located in nearby Foley. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo featured by Animal Planet in 'The Little Zoo that Could' is only about a 15 minute drive away. Orange Beach has abundant cruising possibilities such as dolphin cruises, sunset dinner cruises, deep sea fishing, and SCUBA. It is also near Historic Fort Morgan, Fort Gaines, Pensacola Naval Museum (free admission), the USS Alabama Battleship.
