Sitting on the balcony makes one feel like they are ON THE BEACH ALREADY. You will find this one of the greatest amenties of 105!
We are a 'divided' household with one from 'Ole Miss' and one from 'Mississippi State'. Both of us started coming to Destin for vacations when we were just kids and NOW in our next 'kid' life, we spend about 50% of our time either fishing or 'beaching' in Destin.

Location! Location! Location! That describes Destin Gulfgate perfectly. Destin Gulfgate is right in the middle of Destin....It is close to everything. We also bought into Gulfgate because of the quality of construction and the size of the units. Since our family likes to cook, we thought that the size of the kitchen allowed for family gathering in planning and executing the preparation of meals. Gulfgate is a community that is willing to work to keep the property at its very best with up to date amenities for its owners and rental guests.
Since Destin Gulfgate is only 65 units, its 465 feet of beachfront property.....right on the Gulf of Mexico, allows for everyone using our beach to be comfortable and not crowded. We have one of the best beach services available in Destin and your beach set up of two chairs and a umbrella will be calling you from the time you get up in the morning until the sun is almost going down. The new zero-entrance swimming pool and fitness center will be on your list of MUST DOs!!! Don't forget that with weather permitting, leave your sliding door open to get the benefit of the gentle wave action putting you to sleep at night.......what a great asset of being on the first floor(second level)........also being able to just use the stairway(and not go through the office or use the elevator) is something that makes one feel like they are in an island paradise all to themselves. The Track Amusement Park is just a very short walk across the street. The Big Kahuna's Water Park is less than 1 mile down the 98 Highway. The Destin Harbor Fishing Fleet, the largest Charter Boat port in Florida, is less than 2 miles away and we can offer good tips on who to charter with. There are 12 World Class G olf courses in the area as well as an easy public course. Destin Commons Village Shopping has many great shops, Bass Pro Shop, Hard Rock Cafe, Bonefish Grill, a Rave Movie theater and others nearby. Silver Shells Outlet Center, the largest Designer Outlet shopping in is within a few miles.
It was fabulous. They were very accomodating when we arrived early. Beds were great. Condo lovely.
Everything was wonderful, even minor issues were fixed right away.

We had a wonderful time staying in Destin Florida. The condo was absolutely stunning. It was directly on the beach. Jeffry's communication with us was alays prompt. I highly recommend renting from them. We made beautiful memories with our family in Destin Florida. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ralph and Jeffrey!

We enjoyed our visit to Florida last week staying in this unit right on the beach. The easy access was great as well as the fully stocked kitchen as advertised. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or issues (wifi access) we had during our stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. It was nice to have the extra beach mats furnished with the unit to go along with the umbrella and chairs to lounge on the beach. Our children also enjoyed tossing the football around on the beach - several other beach items are provided with the unit as well. Great place just to go and just relax. We would recommend this property to our family and friends.
The address is 1180 Scenic Highway 98, which means we are not on the busy part of Highway 98. We have tried almost all of the restaurants in a 10 mile area and can give you updates on them all........Walk straight down the beach from our condo to 'The Back Porch'. It is only about 800 feet. Dewey Destin's, Harbor Docks, Tuscany, Mimmo's, La Familia(Italian) and Harry T's are all within about 3 miles. So many choices of where to eat........How about Shake's for a Hot Fudge sundae as a 'nite cap'. We will be glad to fill you in on much much more.
Keys will be mailed to you about three weeks out. Check in time is three o'clock unless there was no one in the unit preceding you. In this case, we will call you to let you know and you will be able to check in earlier. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
