House is maintained by Exterminator Services and Landscaping Service, on monthly basis.

We had a great stay at this house. We are a family of five, and this place was comfortable for us for the time we stayed there. There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own closets, and 2 living spaces. The entire house seems new, with modern bathrooms and kitchen. One living space has a tv and couch, the other is on the opposite side of the kitchen and has seating and a desk. This worked great for us as the kids could watch tv in one space and my husband could get some work done in the other living space. The kitchen is well equipped and the solid fence made the yard nice and private. The street is quiet and seems to be a good neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Carmen is very nice, responsive, and even allowed us to check out a little late on our last day. You will not be disappointed in this property!
What a great property! We had just sold our house and needed a temporary place to live near Coral Gables (an old historic area less than a mile from this home). And, we needed it turnkey. This house exceeded our expectations. It is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors that say hello even if you haven't met. The house itself is very charming and fully renovated inside and out. It has three bedrooms and three baths, with two of the baths in suite. Hurricane windows and doors make for a very quiet and peaceful stay. Full updated kitchen where you can create your own magic, and a nice enclosed yard that is yours for the using. The house is very close to the famous Venetian Pool, Biltmore Hotel and many great restaurants in Coral Gables. This is truly a fantastic house in a very central area that made us feel right at home.
The house was very clean in a very quiet neighborhood. It had a great shower in the master bedroom. the coffee left by the owners was a real treat in the morning, very friendly owner. The location of the house was very good just a few blocks off Bird Avenue.
Our stay on this house was great .We found everything that we expected above our expectations, the house was very confortable,very clean everything that we needed was there. We were 6 adults and was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The house is very well situated from any point on Miami ,very easy acces to any highway,close to Coconut Grove,close to Vizcaya museum, Key Byscayne ,dontown Miami etc.
The area where the house is located is very pretty , beautiful shopping area called Merrick park with beautiful places to eat.
The owner was very helpful with any questions that we had .
The day that we were supposed to live the house we want to stay until later and she was very easy.

De partida la casa está en un barrio muy tranquilo y residencial. Está renovada y destaca sobre las casas del vecindario. Es espaciosa y tiene todas las comodidades que anuncia. Una casa muy funcional y realmente da gusto alojar allí. Fuimos en viaje de familia 4 adultos y una niña de 3 y estuvimos más que cómodos. La ubicación es buena, cercana a centros comerciales, supermercados y restaurantes (hay un best buy gigante muy cerca). Para ir al down town no toma ni 20 minutos.
La dueña de la casa es muy amable y atenta a las necesidades que tuvimos en todo momento. Muy buena comunicación con ella en todo momento. Muy sera en el servicio que presta. Nos dejó revistas y libros con panoramas de Miami y sus alrededores. La casa se entregó en perfectas condiciones con todo muy limpio. Hay lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas.
Realmente superó nuestras expectativas. 100% recomendable.

El mejor lugar que me he quedado. Todo en la casa está nuevo y limpio. La casa es grande y muy bien decorada. Tine todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. Todo funciona bien. Muy bien ubicada y con buena accesibilidad.

Near Merrick Park Shopping Mall, Sunset Mall, Coconut Grove, Dadeland Mall, Movie Theaters, Restaurants and night life. Only 18 min to Brickell/Downtown Miami. Close to Biltmore and Granada Golf Courses. Next to Gifford Arboretum. Five minutes to University of Miami. Fairly close to Beaches (Matheson Hammock/ Key Biscayne/ Miami Beach). Four blocks to public transportation.
