Our passion is to provide an outstanding property where our guests will continue to come back year after year. We have a large family with 11 grandchildren. We are serious organic gardeners so our home and landscape is never treated with pesticides. This property was carefully remodeled to make your stay as comfortable as possible, yet reasonable in price. You will be impressed with the wonderful decor and amenities.

Comfortable, well stocked oasis!
We stayed here while visiting our son and his family. The property is ideally located for us and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful outdoor space that is very quiet and private; perfect for sitting with your morning coffee or relaxing before bed. The kitchen is a nice size with full sized appliances and all the essentials you need. We were easily able to make and have dinner for 6. The living area is roomy with a comfortable sofa and two comfortable chairs. The king sized bed was very comfortable as well and the bedroom was quiet and nice and dark. We slept very well! The bathroom had a big soaker tub which was ideal for giving my granddaughter a bath and there were lots of fluffy towels and toiletries if needed. Bob stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed and was so kind and personable! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very Enjoyable Stay
Bob, your property is just lovely! We had everything we needed, from a very comfortable king sized bed, to a well-stocked kitchen, to a huge garden tub in the bathroom with hot water that never ran out. The garden in the back is lovely! The property is centrally located to anything Austin has to offer, & a short 1 hour drive to Magnolia Market in Waco, TX, or a short 1 hour drive to San Antonio's River Walk. Bob is a very attentive & kind owner. You won't regret staying here!

We had a first-rate experience with our stay at this property. Bob was a friendly and responsive communicator when we were planning our trip and a thoughtful and gracious host once we arrived. He provided detailed instructions to make sure our arrival went smoothly. He also graciously stocked the refrigerator with all the supplies for a week's worth of breakfast makings.
The apartment was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with very comfortable living room seating and a terrific bed. We appreciated the extra pillows, throw for the couch, plenty of clean towels and linens and a kitchen that was very well equipped for preparing meals, and clear instructions on how to operate everything in the apartment. We loved the beautifully landscaped private patio area! We spent a lot of time out there reading and listening to the birds.
The location was ideal for us. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. in the neighborhood and it's a very short drive to downtown Austin. We have family and friends who live north of the city and it was easy and convenient to head in that direction as well.
Location, value, cleanliness, amenities, and an experienced and responsive host make this place a real gem.
The Joy is ours when we have wonderful guests who want to come back. We are very lucky to have a growing family of travelers who booked with us once and now they just call and say" Can we come back Home"? You are so right about the location, restaurants, The Domain and Arboretum are less than 2 miles for any showing and dining one would every desire.

Best Stay Ever
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The kitchen is fully functional. There were many seasonings, sugar, water bottles, tea, etc., thus saving us time and money for breakfast. The bed is big and comfortable. I love the big and dip bathtub. Overall, the place is very clean. I do not have anything to complain.

You are right we spent extra money on the perfect quality mattress to insure our travelers sleep well. Some of our past guest have requested the name of the mattress and pillows because they slept so deeply.
