About Bob Easter
Our passion is to provide an outstanding property where our guests will continue to come back year after year. We have a large family with 11 grandchildren. We are serious organic gardeners so our home and landscape is never treated with pesticides. This property was carefully remodeled to make your stay as comfortable as possible, yet reasonable in price. You will be impressed with the wonderful decor and amenities.

Clean spot, nice bed, and great host!
What a lovely spot. It’s a great place in a rather sleepy neighborhood that was near a training I attended. Bob was helpful and very prompt in responding and I so appreciated how he left the lights on for my late arrival. The space was very clean, nice fluffy towels and an amazingly comfortable bed! If I have to return to the area, I will stay again.
Sara it was a true pleasure to have you stay with us. We totally agree the location is one of the many amenities we furnish that other Vacation Rentals do not. All of our guests write about how private the property is, how clean the unit is and how comfortable the bed. In fact several guests have asked me what the brand name of the mattress is and if I would talk photos of the product tags. We are looking forward to your return.
Good Value & Great Location
The property was just as described in the listing, which is not often the case for online rentals like this. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to be able to prepare meals, which we did several days. It was quiet, we felt completely safe, and the king bed was very comfortable (and we are picky when it comes to beds). The owner was very friendly and even contacted us to offer us some fresh organic vegetables that he had just harvested. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be north of downtown Austin, but not as far north as Round Rock. I have rented some places that I thought were fine, but my wife didn’t care for. But she really liked this rental and indicated she wanted to rent it again on our next visit to Austin.

And other guests who have posted reviews agree with you on how nice the apartment is and they loved the location too. We work really hard to keep our property in top shape and extremely clean. Just what we wanted!
This place IS a treasure! Everything Bob says about it is true. First, it's located on a quiet residential street in a nice neighborhood, easily accessible from downtown Austin. There is also off-street parking, which is big plus. The property is very well-maintained and attractive.
The one-bedroom apartment is adorable! It's exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and updated. It really does have everything you need -- from laundry and a well-stocked kitchen to plush linens and a very comfortable king bed. There's even an umbrella in the closet for those Texas rains... ;)
We had the good fortune to meet Bob and Carolyn, and they are the real deal -- very kind, friendly, and warm-hearted. They address any little thing you need immediately, and are very easy to contact. It's obvious they take pride in ownership, and it shows in how they treat guests.
I can't say enough about this little gem! So much better (and great value) than staying in one of Austin's pricey hotels. We'll be back, for sure, next time we visit Austin and Hill Country.

Located in the Heart of North Central Austin. A must stay location. The Domain and Arboretum are less than two miles away plus over twenty four 5 Star, Mid-range and Fast Food resturants within one mile. Organic Grocery stores, Starbucks and Wal-Mart less than 7 blocks from this location.
