Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Your house on the riverfront was spectacular. we walked in, the house was clean & there was information about bend! I loved waking up to the river every morning. Thanks for providing kayaks too :)
Overall it was a great stay and I would love to come back sometime in the future! The house was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown bend that it was a very quiet and dark night.. which I love.
Thanks vacasa :)
Great location in Bend, walking distance to nearly everything. Perfectly situated in close proximity to the whitewater park, so you can view people rafting there. Wide variety of boats at the house too, so floating around is a great afternoon past time. Master bathroom is a neat treat, and very
Modern in design!
Driving up and seeing the home was great. It was well kept up from the outside and very clean on the inside. There were clean towels, dishes and everything we needed for our weekend in Bend. we loved the amenities as well!! Thanks for keeping up the house.. Can't wait to go back to bend and stay with vacasa again!
We had a blast staying here during a few hot days of summer. The house is cozy but wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to town, the river access, and use of the boats. We hope to return!
1. The view and location are top notch. Fire pit on the Deschutes is hard to beat.
2. HOT TUB WAS BROKEN! - We were not told in advance, nor were any efforts made to fix it. Local manager (AVOID VACASA MANAGED PROPERTIES) told us he would come and look at it the next day - it was his day off...we never heard from him again. Efforts to contact management were difficult, only after much haggling and rude customer service were we able to reach someone who could do something...but bottom line - NO HOT TUB!
3. House is very small, four adults MAX for sure
4. The back shower is barely covered by wood slats and looks onto the very busy Deschutes River
5. The door from the back bathroom is clear and looks directly onto the toilet...
6. Walking distance to great breweries is a definite plus, but I think there are better places for your money.
7. All of that being said - did we enjoy our stay? Yes. Would we rent this property again? Absolutely not.
