Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We have been coming to Bend for years and have stayed at multiple locations on this road and on the other side of the river. We think this is the best location in all of Bend and would recommend it if you will take advantage of the location. But be prepared for a house in need of some attention. I could give multiple examples of small little things that bothered me: cabinets off hinges, stopped clocks, a random broken pot sitting on the porch... I could go on & on. But the biggest frustration was the hot tub which didn't work consistently. We come here to ski/snowboard and one of our requirements is that the home have a hot tub (as this one advertised). Yet this hot tub would only function after we called the property manager and he sent someone over the fix it (by the way, the property manager was very kind/attentive). And then it would only function for that day and be cold again by the next morning. I would consider this a low-end rental in a good location.
Great place to stay and would do so again. Only issue we had was the bedrooms get REALLY cold at night even with bedroom heaters on.
Stayed for a week in January. Excellent location within walking distance to a bunch of attractions.
We had a great time here. It was the most snow Bend has got in a long time so that made things a little more difficult. But we still had a blast. The hot tube was having issues due to the snow but when I talked to the property manage she made it so we
got money back witch was a nice surprise. And she even came by to make sure everything was going well. Like I said there was LOTS of snow.
I'd love to see this place in the summer. Defiantly would rent this house again!
We loved this home. The location was ideal and in the middle of all our favorite spots--we rarely moved the car in the 12 days we were visiting. And we truly enjoyed time on the river utilizing the canoe and kayaks and then soaking in the hot tub. It's the perfect home for two couples and we can't wait to rent it again.
