If you're ready to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, take a relaxing trip to the coast! This home in Lincoln City is just a block from the beach, and it welcomes dogs, so bring the whole family!
Perched on a hilltop right next to the coastline, walk just down the road and down the tall staircase to reach the sand, where you can stroll along the water's edge, search for shells, build sandcastles, and enjoy the beauty of the area. When you've worked up an appetite, head into town for lunch at one of the many wonderful restaurants, peruse the souvenir shops, visit the casino, or even take a glass-blowing class. If you prefer outdoor activities, you will find golf courses, hiking trails, boating opportunities, and fishing in the area.
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home has just enough space for eight guests, and welcomes pets, though a small nightly fee does apply. The living room has large windows with views of the ocean, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a flatscreen TV equipped with cable and a DVD/VCR player. You will have access to a library of movies and books, board games to play, and wireless Internet in case you need to check your work email.
A full kitchen has all the tools you may need to cook up meals for everyone, which you can sit down together and enjoy at the dining room table. When it's time to rest up for another day of walking on the beach, you have your choice between the first bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, the second bedroom which has a twin-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk, and a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
You will also have a laundry room in this home, so there's no need to worry about trying to keep your clothes clean while exploring town! Outside, a deck has a charcoal grill and fabulous views of the ocean - sit out here and watch the breathtaking sunset turn the sky different colors. There's room for two cars in the driveway (please do not park in the street).
This home is an ideal place to take your family or some close friends to walk on the beach, explore town, and relax at your temporary home and tell stories in front of the fireplace. The quickest beach access is just down the road and past a long staircase, but for guests who may not be able to climb so many stairs, four blocks to the south you will find a small parking lot with a cement ramp that gently leads to the sand.

Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great workout using the stairs as one of the ways to the beach. Beautiful scenic area with rocks to climb on at a low tide.
The first thing I noticed was how clean the house was. It was perfect for the three of us and very comfortable. There were plenty of places to sit and relax including on the deck over looking the ocean. Our local contact, Justin, was very helpful and nice. The view could not be any better and it was very close to the beach. It was right in town too, so we never had to drive too far unless we were going out of town to Depoe Bay or Newport. We loved the full kitchen and nice sized bathroom. It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for and I will book this property again next time I need a beach house. Thank you so much!
I love this property. We stayed for 5 days and watched the sunset every evening. We brought our lunch at the beach, built a bonfire and bought a kite. Everyone enjoyed the very relaxing vacation. Word of caution, the beach access is about 108 stairs to go down. Going down is not an issue, its getting back up again. haha but it was a great work out. About the property, it has everything you could possibly need. My only tip is that buy charcoal for the grill outside, they don't supply that. But very comfortable property, we LOVE IT!! Thank you for the great stay. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to rent. Thanks.
It would be hard to imagine finding a better bargain as far as the location and proximity to the beach. The views of the ocean were remarkable - and we lucked out with a wide variety of weather and wave patters! Two things our family likes to do on vacation is eat and sleep - and this was a roomy kitchen with everything we needed. The bedding however was "uncomortable" at best - so we didnt get many great nights of sleep here. This property could be a gem with very minor fixes to bedding and entertainment options. The beach is LITERALLY a stones thro away - BUT....Due to the beach access - this property would not be great for older people or handicap folks - there is no way to get to the beach except a staircase with a ton of steep steps. Quiet neighbors on a picturesque dead-end street. For a small or mid-size family on a budget - you CANNOT beat this location...
