If you're ready to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, take a relaxing trip to the coast! This home in Lincoln City is just a block from the beach, and it welcomes dogs, so bring the whole family!
Perched on a hilltop right next to the coastline, walk just down the road and down the tall staircase to reach the sand, where you can stroll along the water's edge, search for shells, build sandcastles, and enjoy the beauty of the area. When you've worked up an appetite, head into town for lunch at one of the many wonderful restaurants, peruse the souvenir shops, visit the casino, or even take a glass-blowing class. If you prefer outdoor activities, you will find golf courses, hiking trails, boating opportunities, and fishing in the area.
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home has just enough space for eight guests, and welcomes pets, though a small nightly fee does apply. The living room has large windows with views of the ocean, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a flatscreen TV equipped with cable and a DVD/VCR player. You will have access to a library of movies and books, board games to play, and wireless Internet in case you need to check your work email.
A full kitchen has all the tools you may need to cook up meals for everyone, which you can sit down together and enjoy at the dining room table. When it's time to rest up for another day of walking on the beach, you have your choice between the first bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, the second bedroom which has a twin-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk, and a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
You will also have a laundry room in this home, so there's no need to worry about trying to keep your clothes clean while exploring town! Outside, a deck has a charcoal grill and fabulous views of the ocean - sit out here and watch the breathtaking sunset turn the sky different colors. There's room for two cars in the driveway (please do not park in the street).
This home is an ideal place to take your family or some close friends to walk on the beach, explore town, and relax at your temporary home and tell stories in front of the fireplace. The quickest beach access is just down the road and past a long staircase, but for guests who may not be able to climb so many stairs, four blocks to the south you will find a small parking lot with a cement ramp that gently leads to the sand.
Come visit Lincoln City, one of the most popular coastal vacation destinations, and get the most out of your stay in this spacious, comfortable, and welcoming oceanview home!

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

This place was fabulous and would highly recommend it for a fabulous beach visit!
Gorgeous view of the ocean!
Doesn't look like much from the outside, but very happy to get inside & how cute it is.
Lower bunk of bunk bed should be replaced. A new picnic table on the patio would be nice, its very rickety. Front door sticks & had to exit thru kitchen door.
Well stocked kitchen, many games & movies to watch while the storm was over us for the weekend.
Quiet area on a dead end street!
We will be anxious to come back to this house & stay again.
This was my first time staying in a vacation home. Fantastic experience all the way around. The books, puzzles and games were a terrific addition and a great way to spend family time together. Will absolutely stay again.
Very nice. Thank you.
Classic Oregon Coast
It's an older home in a great location with perfect views. Be prepared to walk down several stairs to get to the beach, but it's a nice beach. The kitchen is well stocked as is the game and book shelf.
the view is great!
We greatly enjoyed our time at this property. The first two days were quite stormy and we were so glad we had a view of the ocean. The house is older and small, and in fairly good condition. It would be a tight squeeze to fit eight; five adults was fine. Beach access is down a long flight of stairs, or walk 4 - 5 blocks south for a short flight of stairs.
