About Melissa Lambert and Jaimi Lambert
My sister and I purchased the two cabins and the main house in the Fall of 2013. As native New Yorkers, currently living in Vermont we wanted to find a home that would offer a lake and cabin, quintessential of the Adirondacks. In addition we wanted a place for people to feel as though they were getting away from all the hustle and chaos of work and technology. We think we have found the place and hope you will too!
Melissa Lambert and Jaimi Lambert purchased this Cabin in 2013
Why Melissa Lambert and Jaimi Lambert chose Paradox
Both cabins are facing the West and have screened in porches for fantastic sunset views. Great fishing, boating and just everything you could want from the outdoors
What makes this Cabin unique
Although we have recently upgraded to wifi through satellite, it still is slow and cell service is "spotty" throughout the ADK's. No TV is available

What a charming place! Had everything we needed. Hiked, biked used the Kayaks and rowboat. Watched the sunset and built a fire every night. We will definitely be back!!
We really enjoyed our stay!
Nice little cottage
Cozy place, but plenty of room for 4 or 5 people. Nice screened porch, quiet area.. beautiful lake and a nice exercise to and from it😉. Would stay here again for sure!
Great little cabin
The cabin was perfect! You literally do not need to bring anything but your clothes! Everything was provided. So many extra blankets, pillows and fans. There were plenty of pots and pans of all sizes. Plates, cups, silverware, coffee pot, toaster oven. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of and is because I had two young children (age 2 and 4) was there was not much of a back yard area and it was very slanted so they couldn’t play as much. And the stairs!! The stairs to the water was insane. You’ll definitely get your steps in going up and down them there are so many.one thing I would recommend to is maybe update the binder with local shops, diners and things to do as most hung were dated 2006. I looked up some restaurants and they were no longer open. So besides the back yard area being hilly and the stairs to the water it’s still a wonderful cabin and would recommend this place!
Fantastic experience on Paradox Lake!
Good fit for 4-5. A little tight for 6. The cabin is cozy, comfy, and affordable.
Beautiful peace and quiet
Our stay was exactly what we needed to decompress and relax. Everything we needed was provided. Melissa went out of her way to ensure we were accommodated. Thank you very much. We would gladly come again.
