This 2 bedroom (with den that has a sleeper sofa) 3 full bathroom home is perfect for your next trip to Las Vegas. 1700 square feet with a full kitchen 2 bedrooms and a beautiful view of the golf course.
Safe, quiet, clean and comfortable. This is a great way to spend your time in Las Vegas. 1700 square feet with a full kitchen, 3 full baths, 2 bedrooms, an office/den, and a living room. Have the option of eating in, or dining out. If you want to go out, you can choose to go to the nicest place in town or eat at a local restaurant. It's the best of both worlds.
Enjoy all of the following. Attached 1 car garage***. Washer and dryer in unit. FREE WIFI, Master bedroom with king bed. Second large bedroom with queen bed. Office/den with a pull out futon. Separate dining room. Living room with large flat screen TV. Designer sofa's. 3 Full bathrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking at home. Blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, serveware, stemware, regular glasses, and more.
If you want to head down to the strip for some fun, the home is only a 10-15 minute ride. And, a simple ride at that. From the condo complex exit, you make three right turns to Summerlin parkway and then a few miles of highway driving and you're at the strip. My home is such a great location. You're right in the heart of Summerlin. If you're not familiar with Summerlin, it is clean, quiet, and the nicest place in Vegas.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo so if you are staying for awhile you don't have to worry about finding somewhere to wash clothes. Fire place. Wireless Internet, huge master bathroom, patio overlooking the golf course, and so much more. There is a pool in the complex, so if you want to swim that is available during the warmer months (closed winter time). 1 car attached garage*. Please feel free to email mail me or text with any questions you have. Feel free to call as well, but generally I'll be able to answer text quicker than a phone call. I own a small restaurant in town and can't always answer my phone. Sometimes it takes awhile to get to listen to the messages. However, a text I can get back to rather quickly most of the time.
***There is garage parking for 1 car. Additional spaces in community require a permit. Even parking in the driveway is NOT allowed. If you have more than 1 car, people visiting or plan to park in the driveway you will need a permit. The permit is $150 per additional car, plus a $100 deposit that will be returned when the permit is returned.
Please respect that this is our second home. I know how people see Las Vegas, but this is not a 'party' home. This is a golf course quiet community. This is a great place for executives, families, or couples retreats.
If you want to stay on the strip, I do have a condo at the Signature by MGM as well that I rent out. The listing number on VRBO is 469148. Feel free to take a look. It sleeps 2-4 people. It is 550 square feet, designer furnished and well equipped. It's great if you want to be on the strip.

Originally from New York, then Chicago, and now Las Vegas. I grew up in New York, and still have family there. My heart is there in some ways. I moved to Chicago in 1994 and traded commodities for many years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
In 2005 My girlfriend at the time, wife now, and I moved out to Las Vegas. I had retired from trading a couple years earlier, and wasn't sure what I wanted to do. I had always like visiting here, so we decided to make our home out here. It took some getting used to, but now I love it.
I bought a small restaurant out here. A New York Italian Deli that reminds me of home and keeps me busy. We have great weather, little traffic, and a growing city. It's not all casino's and gambling. I feel very fortunate to have made my home here. I have a wonderful wife, a great 4 year old son, and a very nice life for us. The only thing I find difficult is deciding where to go on vacation. It's hard to go away when you live in a town like Vegas. We're so spoiled with such wonderful options

I bought this property because of the location. I already own a unit at the Signature by MGM. That is a great property as well. And, if you're looking to be on the strip, feel free to ask about that one. However, this condo to me is even better. I like comfort. If I'm going on vacation I would rather stay in a place that has 1700 square feet with a full kitchen than a hotel room.
The golf course is what sold me. When you look at the pictures you'll see why, and the pictures don't even do it justice. Single story, end unit, attached 1 car garage on TPC golf course. I was so happy with that, my broker didn't have to do anything but show me the condo, and I was hooked.
The Unique benefit of staying here is the freedom. I love everything Vegas has to offer. I think when people stay on the strip they miss a lot of that. What they miss is that there are so many restaurants and shops that aren't in the hotels. Don't get me wrong, I like the strip too. I love a fancy meal. However, there are also a lot of local places to go that won't cost what you will spend in the hotel. For a fancy dinner Vitners Grill is excellent (or others if you want suggestions). Stop by my restaurant for something casual. We have food that will rival any Italian restaurant on the strip.
Take a short ride up the mountain, and be at Red Rock National park in 30 minutes. Trails and hiking till your heart is content. Bonny Springs Preserves isn't much further up if that is what you're looking for.
At the same time, you don't lose out on the strip. It's only a short ride away as well. 10-15 minutes and you're at the Wynn or Bellagio. Maybe you'll be sitting next to Robin Leach while dining at Joel Robuchon (that happened last time I went). Las Vegas is an amazing town. The strip is great, but so is the rest of it.
We had a wonderful stay in Summerline at the condo on TPC Las Vegas. The condo itself was bigger than we anticipated and my wife commented that she could easily live here. The view was awesome and we enjoyed getting up each day and having our coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go by. The area was secure and quiet. The only downside was that the exercise facility was closed for repairs on the water system the whole time we were there. We were forced to take long walks along the golf course and beautiful homes which was quite enjoyable.
We had an awesome time and are going back again next year. Owner was extremely cooperative and helpful with anything we asked of him. It is spotless, and very well maintained, in a great area, pool spa and gym were great. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bathrooms convenient. Area is excellent, quiet, felt safe, very close to 3 casinos in minutes. Shopping and restaurants plentiful within minutes. Didn't want to leave. A great vacation! Near a great hospital also!
My husband, 7 month old son and I stayed here for 1 month. This was our first vrbo stay and I was very hesitant at first - So hesitant that I only booked 1 month when I really needed it for 2. By the time we went to renew the rent it was too late - it was already booked! This house was great. I felt very safe staying at home alone with my son while my husband worked. The shopping centers nearby are fantastic and everything really made me feel at home. Whole foods, target, Starbucks, gap, and pottery barn are just 5 minutes away and I definitely took advantage of that. There is a great little restaurant nearby called Honey Salt that is A little on the expensive side but very delicious. The only negative thing about the house is that it definitely isn't ideal for a family who will be using two cars as you only receive one gate controller and have to pay $50 for an extra parking pass. There was A minor issues with receiving mail but Adam cleared it up for us. Aside from that everything was exceptional. I love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom within the bedroom. The kitchen had everything I needed and the gas stove and range were great! Adam was a great host! We are really going to miss this place and are sad to leave but we will definitely be back here next summer!
I stayed for a month at this location. What a pleasant surprise for me. The property is lovely and much bigger than I expected. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer was a big plus....could have come with much less clothing. Adam and Lily were wonderful hosts leaving me water, and basic things plus laundry detergent which was especially helpful. The unit is in a convenient residential neighborhood and it is rather easy to get almost everywhere. I do suggest having a car. Shopping for just about anything you might want is pretty much within 10 minutes of "home". Also you are probably not much more than 10-15 minutes from the strip if you want to gamble and Red Rock Casino is "around the corner". If you are looking for a comfy home away from home that is so much better than staying in a hotel, appears to be new and is exceptionally clean, then I think you would be very happy staying in this unit.
Overlooking the 9th Green of TPC golf course this town home/condo is in the heart of Summerlin in Las Vegas. This is the best of the best. 10 minutes from the strip. 2 minutes from local restaurants and shops. 5 minutes to some of the best shopping in town. Summerlin is the heart of Las Vegas. If you know your way around Las Vegas, this is where you want to be.
If you like to shop, you'll want to take a drive over to Boca Park. Tons of boutique shops, very high end. great restaurants as well. Head a few miles up Charleston and in 10 minutes be at Red Rock national park. Great hiking and trails. Vegas isn't only Casino's. At the same time, if you're here for the casinos, you're right off the highway when staying at my condo, so it's a simple 10-15 minute drive, and you can be at the Wynn or Bellagio in no time.

While I do not require a damage deposit, I do require a credit card upon arrival. I will run it for $1 to make sure the card is good. I own a restaurant and would not risk my business charging your card anything unacceptable. it will only be charged if there is damage to the home (I will not charge for minor things).
* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.
