Welcome to fabulous Bachelors Gulch! This unit is decorated in upscale Country French decor and is equally perfect for a romantic getaway as a family vacation. You'll love this unit's ability to ski-in/ski-out (dependent on snow fall/conditions) and avoid the crowds at the Beaver Creek base. When you're done for the day, either ski-in, or stop at the Ritz-Carlton for a little apres ski relaxation and then take the shuttle back to the condo, which will deliver you to the Lodge's front door. Dial-a-Ride provides free transportation within the Bachelor Gulch/Beaver Creek Valley. If you have your own vehicle, enjoy the unit's free underground heated parking garage.
This three bedroom/3.5 bathroom unit could easily sleep 10 or more but Homeowner Association by-laws restrict occupancy to 8, so rest assured you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Surround yourself in comfortable elegance with upscale furnishings such as custom window and bedding treatments and comfortable, high quality beds dressed in Italian Frette linens. The master bathroom is equipped with heated tile flooring. Kick back and watch a show on the television beside a roaring fire or listen to music on the sound system. If dining-in is more your style, utilize the large fully-equipped kitchen. We can even do some grocery shopping for you and have the refrigerator stocked upon your arrival through our local property manager.
Relax in the Lodge's outdoor hot tub, or head over to the Ritz-Carlton and use the facility's heated pool and outdoor hot tubs free of charge. Other Ritz amenities are available for a per person/daily fee. Think a spa treatment might be nice? Book a treatment and that person's Ritz access fee for the day is waived!
Whether you come to ski/board, bike, hike or simply relax, this unit is perfect for it all! You'll want to come back again and again!
Here's a picture of the property owners, their leasing agent and her husband, soaking up the sun during an on-mountain break from skiing!
Wendy Wagner purchased this condo in 2013
We want to make your stay perfect, so if you are celebrating a special occasion, we would love the opportunity to help make it memorable. We welcome special requests!
The unit itself was very comfortable and its location within the property was perfect! It was right by the elevator, ski locker, hot tub and road so you could see when Dial-a-Ride pulled up. And, of course, the convenience of ski-in/ski out spoiled our group quickly!
Our family of four (2 college students) had a wonderful time at Bachelor Gulch. The condo could not have been more perfect. The bedrooms are spacious and we all had our own bathrooms. All finishes in the unit are of the best quality and it was spotless and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the luxurious towels and sheets!
Every convenience is present in this property and it was the easiest vacation ever. Before we even left home the super friendly leasing agent helped us with recommendations for dinners, rental equipment, and lift ticket info. (It was our first trip to Colorado, and she was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable about all the details to make our vacation the best!)
The location of this particular property can't be beat. It is lower level so there is a beautiful patio to relax on, and the jacuzzi is literally just a few steps away. Ski lockers are also nearby so when you're ready to hit the slopes, you just grab your gear, and head on down the mountain because of the easy ski in/ski out access. We decided to rent a car, but didn't need it because of the free dial-a-ride shuttle service for all our travel throughout the Beaver Creek Resort area.
We will definitely come back to this perfect property!
My colleagues and I rented this unit for a work trip to Vail where we needed to be in town for a week. The unit is well situated and perfect for a group. Three separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom, as well as powder room. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area spacious and comfortable.
We would rent again if the need arises. We would highly recommend this unit.
Beautiful property, upscale furnishings
Easy ski in- ski out, no stairs or elevator
Convenient access to anywhere in Beavercreek
Our party of four adults rented this ski in - ski out unit for a week-long ski getaway. The condo was furnished beautifully with quality furnishings, décor and appointments. It was extremely clean and very well maintained. Settlers Lodge is a great property in a great location and is very quiet, which is something not always true when renting in the Village. The beds were extremely comfortable and were outfitted with very high quality linens which we all really appreciated! This first floor unit has beautiful mountain views and IS literally steps from the ski locker room and another few steps to the ski trail. It was so nice to avoid the congestion of the Village. We were able to grab our skis and be skiing down the mountain in two minutes time! On the occasions that we decided to ski into the unit mid-day, this unit has a secure outdoor storage area right off the patio where we could put our skis instead bringing them into the locker room. Very convenient! We had tremendous snow conditions on the mountain, even this late in the season, and it snowed pretty much every day, providing us with fresh powder! We used the outdoor hot tub at Settlers Lodge. It was very clean and well maintained. We also took advantage of purchasing daily passes for the Ritz-Carlton Spa. Well worth the $35/day/person! The grotto, relaxation room, sauna, steam room and all the other amenities were everything you would expect with a high-end spa experience. The men used their cold-plunge pool, but we women put our toes in and immediately turned around! Brrrrr! We also utilized the free Dial-a-Ride shuttle several times. The response time between call and pick up was never more than 10-15 minutes and truly was an easy and inexpensive way to get around the Village. We would definitely recommend this property and we will definitely be renting this unit again!
Beautiful condo and beautiful location. Amenities were excellent. Place was very clean and well maintained. The only thing that was uncomfortable, was how hot it was in our unit.
Would recommend to others.
