Welcome to Parque Santiago III -one of the most sought-after locations in Tenerife. This outstanding complex enjoys the perfect location on the 'golden corner' between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. The most popular of the Parque Santiago complexes, Parque Santiago III has beautiful tropical gardens, swimming pools, sun terraces, restaurants and shopping centre.
This spacious, beachfront complex caters for the discerning holiday-maker who wants an upmarket place in a central location with all the services they require nearby. The complex is very popular with families being located right on the beach with the centres of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos only a pleasant 10 minutes walk away along a seafront promenade shaded by palm trees.
As many regular visitors will know: once you have been to Parque Santiago III few other complexes can match its quality, location and value.
The Apartment: The apartments located in a superb, front line position with direct access via a large, private, secluded south-facing terrace to the (heated) swimming pool and sun terraces. They include good-sized bedrooms with twin beds, separate bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area with easy pull-out double sofa-bed. Both bedroom and lounge overlook their own terrace. The complex is well known for its splendid seawater swimming pools and sun terraces that are well managed and maintained by its dedicated staff. The lovely gardens offer ideal areas to relax in sun or shade during the day and provide a very romantic evening setting.
No wonder it has been described as one of the best spots on the island.
Parque Santiago III: This spacious complex nestles within beautifully landscaped gardens right beside the beach and offers leisure activities that can be enjoyed 365 days of the year. Parque Santiago III is a tranquil setting yet ideally located for access to all amenities. It is surrounded by beautiful beaches with easy access to Aquapark, adventure parks and other sporting facilities including fishing, scuba diving and whale watching. The nearby fishing port of Los Cristianos has ferry access to the exotic island of La Gomera. Mount Teide (Spain’s highest mountain) is well worth visiting along with many other beautiful areas on the island.
There are numerous facilities within the Parque Santiago complex including large supermarket (with its own bakery), shopping centre (with 120 shops), numerous restaurants (Italian, Chinese and international cuisine) mini-golf and other childrens activities.
Tenerife: This is one of the most privileged parts of the world and is the ideal holiday destination as it offers plenty to do and see during any season. Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and has a variety of landscapes due to its volcanic origin. 'Splendid accomodation, the location of the unit was fantastic. I would be more than happy to recommend the apartment to guests' -K. Ward.
Parque Santiago itself fantastic but this accommodation lets it down.
2 out of 4 broken beds. shutters onto the balcony broken and unusable. blinds over balcony not working. shower door not working. bulbs broken in majority of lights. Generally shabby. If we had not been staying in a separate flat on site my in-laws trip would have been ruined as they spent most of the time with us and only slept at the flat. owners response very disappointing as this flat will take a lot more than a days work to get in order which we quickly realised.
Parque santiago itself is fantastically positioned in the hub of Playas whilst not being so close you can't sleep at night. Weather amazing for the time of the year, Playas seems to have its own micro-climate. Parque Santiago staff generally very unhelpful to people renting out owners accommodation and whilst threatening with pool bands etc we just ignored them and never go asked for ID.
So summary stay at Playas in Parque santiago just not in this flat until it has had serious work done!
We are a family of 4 and has a really enjoyable holiday staying at this apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent and the proximity to pools etc is great. You are right in the centre of the resort yet not bothered by noise at night. We had a great holiday. Thanks Shane.
As part of a group of 5/6 lads aged 25-65 who have stayed at parque santiago III in jan/feb for the last few years i cannot rate this accomodation and complex highly enough. Suits our needs perfect for a winter break away - apartment is first class (clean, spacious, fully equipped with everything you need), balcony in the sun all day and excellent complex with massive swimming pool and 5 minutes walk to lovely beach. would suit families, couples and groups of friends. Complex always appears neat and clean and well looked after. Great location with nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. same group hoping to go back 2013 and beyond.
Just back from a great holiday in Tenerife in January 2011. I have been to Tenerife 6 years on the trot, staying at a wide range of accommodations. I'm confident, therefore in stating that this 2 bedroom apartment in Santiago 3 is a good as it gets, The quality, location and facilities are first rate. Unlike most apartments I've stayed in you could easily live in this one as it is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. The double length balcony is perfectly positioned overlooking the pool, but set back about 100m so as not to be noisy, and on out to sea. The sun shines on the balcony all day but there are also wind down sun screens if you want shade. Santiago 3 itself is, along with its neighbour Santiago 4, the most sought after holiday complex in this part of Tenerife and lives up to that reputation. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool area is great, but why use this when their are two great beaches very near by! You will not find the place full of drunken/roudy young people but neither is it a pensioner haven. It is ideal for families and over 40 singles groups. The location, on the border of Playa de Los Americas and Los Christianos, is absolutely ideal to maximise your options for restaurants and nightlife. Everything is within easy walking distance. My experience booking this apartment for the first time was very straightforward and hassle free. The key even arrived 3 weeks before we flew out, which was very re-assuring. When going back to Tenerife I will certainly be checking availability of this apartment first.
I have just come back from holidays with my 3 friends. (all female). We had a great time. The apartment was spotless and the washing machine came in very handy as we were limited to 15kg in our luggage. The facilities are execellent and everything is on your doorstep. I would recommend a meal in Bianco just down the road and the Chinese just outside the complex is also very good. Great craic in the gaelic corner with andy and vinny. (just above the dubliner beside parque santiago 1.) I stayed in the complex in july with my family and it was just as enjoyable. I would have no hesitation recommending it to my friends and family. Will go back again.
Great apartment with all the amenities you need, excellent location in first class complex, with a fantastic choice of restaurants, Blanco the italian restaurant a must visit and only 200 yds away. Golf courses ( Adeje & Las Americas) a pure pleasure, add to this huge pool and gym for the energetic provides everything you could wish for on holiday.
