The second story balcony, off the master-suite, offers an amazing view of the mountains. It is great for unwinding after a day of shopping downtown or returning from a trip to Victoria, BC.. The major supermarket, Safeway, is a 5 min. walk from the home. Downtown Port Angeles with all of it's charm offers local restaurants, waterfront vistas, and shopping. All of this is a convenient 10 min. walk away. This house is a perfect home base to explore all that the Olympic Peninsula has to offer; including lakes, back country hiking, and the Olympic National parks.

Nice house, accommodating host!

Cute house, reasonable rate. Very accommodating host! Let us stay late with all our kids for a few hours so we could finish a basketball tournament. Highly recommend!

Lovely Home with Nice Mountain View and Close to Downtown

We enjoyed a cold and rainy weekend in Port Angeles. The house was warm and cozy. It's about 4 blocks to the stairs that lead to downtown Port Angeles that has a cute shopping district with coffee shops and antique stores. We appreciated the super soft sheets in the master bedroom!

Great location and house

Once again a great stay! Full house for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for us. There were apples left on the tree and we made homemade applesauce. Beds are clean and comfortable. House plenty warm on cold damp days. Backyard great for our dog. Love this house!!!

The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group - two adults and four children. We were able to walk down to the downtown area within 10-15 minutes. A great home away from home.

Owner's Response: The location of Sunset Heights being centrally located is perfect for our guests to walk to town, restaurants, Safeway or simply sight seeing. The beauty of this home is that it's on such a quiet street with hardly any traffic.

Comfortable home in Port Angeles

We stayed just 2 nights in this charming home while we were in the Port Angeles area. We had 5 adults and we were so comfortable. There was plenty of room for all. The beds were very comfy. The house had everything we needed for our short stay. It was nice not to be crowded into a small hotel. We would recommend this house to all. The neighborhood is so quiet and it really is close to everything. We will definitely look into renting again if we come back to the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
