Yes Madeira Beach is one of the last in the county that allows adult beverages on the beach.
Back at the property, you can swim in one of the area’s largest and cleanest pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Enjoy an open-air meal on the poolside patio, or watch the waves from your second story balcony. One of the few units on the property with an ocean view.
Our spotless condo comes equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen - everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Clean linens will be provided and there are two shared grills on the complex where you can grill your catch of the day! There are two cable TV's and a DVD player in the unit for your entertainment. The onsite property managers will ensure you feel like family during your stay and will answer any questions you may have during your vacation.

It's a real diamond in the rough thanks to our onsite property managers who meticulously maintain the place. You won't be disappointed, we have renters that have been coming for decades from as far as Canada and England.
Best rate this close to the beach, and one of the nicest, cleanest pools you'll find in the county.
Our stay at Gulf Gardens was one of the best we have encountered on the Gulf coast.. All units at Gulf Gardens are individually owned and we stayed in no 17 and nos 9 both owned by Dave

First of all i would like to add we have previously stayed in beach houses condos and a penthouse directly along the coast and never thought i would have changed to a small complex
But this time we decided we wanted to go for 9 weeks instead of 4 and prices on the beach where just ridiculous
So we decided if we wanted to vacation longer then we had to compromise
We found Daves unit on home and away and booking was easy
It was never to much trouble for dave to reply to my many questions.
I was still a little worried before my stay on how i would feel about this place
But as soon as we arrived ..there where no more worries
The place itself is a little peace of paradise..there is a husband and wife management team ..imre and maria ..they are truly a wonderful couple
They keep the place in tip top condition even though they are in their 80s ..you are truly made to feel like one of the family here
Now onto the 1 bedroom unit
If you are expecting interior designed top of the range then this is not for you ..however dave has made this place homely and nothing seens to much trouble for him
For instance my husband mentioned the bed was a little hard and a few days later a topper from amazon arrived to make the bed softer ..plus a new slow cooker added
Having stayed in many rentals around the world i have to say Dave has been one if the most efficent owners we have come across
Its not the well designed condo on the beach ..but its not their prices either
What Gulf Gardens is and Daves units are, is a perfect little piece of paradise
i dont think we would go anywhere else now along the gulf
we have made wonderful friends and it felt like home
I am truly missing it already
My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in November and it wasn't long enough! The condo was perfect--good location right across the street from the beach, had everything we needed, was updated inside and most importantly, it was very clean. David, the owner was wonderful to work with. He always answered my questions immediately and even spent a decent amount of time with me on the phone. The caretakers, Imre and Maria, were so sweet and made us feel at home. They truly work hard keeping gulf gardens beautiful! This place was perfect for just the two of us and we can't wait to stay again! (Side note, having never been to this part of Florida, we wanted somewhere that would be in the middle of everything and it was. Besides Madeira beach, Gulfport, Dunedin, St. Pete beach and safety harbor were nice towns to visit where we did some sightseeing, shopping and had some excellent meals.)
We've just spent two fabulous weeks at this lovely condo. It's perfect for two people, was spotlessly clean on arrival, well equipped, offers great value for money and in an ideal location - beach just across the road, walking distance to John's Pass and convenient for exploring the wider area. Gulf Gardens has a great pool area and the gardens are kept immaculate by the resident managers, Imre and Maria. The managers are very welcoming and approachable if there is anything you need to know. Dave, the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to the questions I had (and I had a few!) during the booking process. Thanks Dave, we had a great time and would definitely recommend your condo to family/friends and would love to return one day ourselves.
Great place to stay for 2 people . Owner was friendly and answered all my emails quickly. Price was perfect . Stayed at a lot of places up and down the whole east coast and I will go back next year . The people who run the the place were very friendly and helpful . Very clean . Thank you for the great vacation .
We stayed here for 1 week and may make it 2 weeks next year. The gulf was steps from the unit. We spent every day there. The sunsets were beautiful. The unit was just as pictured. Very clean and it had everything we needed including a small cooler to take to the beach. Imre and his wife Maria are lovely people. They are very helpful and keep the grounds beautiful. We went there to relax and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
I stayed there for 4 days and loved it, I will be back next year for 2 weeks. The people were so friendly and kind. The gentleman who ran it was such a nice man. It was so clean. Everything we wanted was there.

$200 deposit, balance due to rental manager onsite upon arrival.
