If you are looking for the best equipped and furnished holiday apartment in the best apartment complex in the Oroklini at exactly the right price, then you have found it at Cyprus Sunrise.

Stunning top floor apartment with sea and mountain views, communal pool with separate children's pool and jacuzzi, marble tiles and granite worktops. En-suite master bedroom. Balcony area with barbecue for eating and enjoying the views, separate kitchen area. Walking distance to sea, many restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets and two fabulous bakeries! Within easy reach of Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Nicosia and the Troodos mountains. 20 minutes from Larnaca airport. Local activities include mountain biking, a fantastic water park, great go-karting centre and many beach activities including banana boats, fly-fish and for the less adventurous, pedalos.

Oroklini Village: Oroklini (also known locally as Voroklini) boasts over half a dozen authentic Greek tavernas selling delicious traditional dishes, including mezes, stifado, kleftiko and kebabs. Many offer live music and dancing and all have a lively, friendly atmosphere, as well as very competitive prices. A particularly popular choice is Bopeas (locally pronounced 'Voreas'), where booking in advance would definitely be recommended for weekend nights.

The village also contains a variety of bars, two superb bakeries, three supermarkets and a number of other stores. The centre of the village can be reached within a five minutes relaxed walk from the apartment, and everywhere is clearly sign-posted.

About 25 minutes walk from the apartment, you will a find a blue flag beach with water sports and an entertainment strip containing restaurants and bars. This is perfect for both daytime relaxation and activities, as well for finding a delicious meal in the evening.

Larnaca Town: Larnaca is about a ten minute drive from Oroklini, and is definitely worth a visit, whether in the daytime or the evening. The beaches are lovely and the large promenade boasts a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops - both traditionally Greek and international. A favourite with the locals is Militzes, a very traditional Greek restaurant that does excellent mezes, situated just past the end of the promenade.

Just on the outskirts of Larnaca is also a fantastic 1,600m Go-kart track called Karting Center - the biggest in Cyprus. We would personally highly recommend it - it is great fun for all the family with a kiddie track and large restaurant, and is very reasonably priced.

Other Places to Visit: Ayia Napa is the place to go if you have any interest in nightlife, but is also a great place to visit during the day with a family. It has a number of lovely beaches, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants, but we believe the main attraction is Waterworld, a fantastic Greek Mythology themed water park on the outskirts. The park contains exhilarating Kamikazes and high-speed slides, as well as the milder, but equally fun 'chariot' races and rubber ring rides, and plenty of play pools and smaller slides for the little ones. There are also numerous sun beds if you fancy a rest, and cafes and restaurants to eat in.

Nicosia is the historical capital of Cyprus, only 45 minutes from the apartment, and is definitely well worth a visit. It is a beautiful city, originally surrounded by Venetian walls, but has now far expanded them. You can visit the Cyprus Archaeological Museum, and absorb some of the history of Cyprus, or simply wander up and down the pedestrian streets.

Included in the rental price is cleaning and preparation of the apartment before you arrive and cleaning after you leave. In addition you will be supplied with clean linen and bath towels on arrival. For stays of 3 weeks or more, we also provide replacement clean bed linen and towels every 2 weeks during your stay. Prior to your visit you will be provided with a full welcome information pack and we are always available by email or phone to answers your questions quickly and fully. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and you will be supplied with fresh bed linen and bath towels for your stay.

On arrival in Cyprus our Local Property Managers, with English and Swedish speaking representatives, will be on hand to answer any questions and ensure that your transfer from the airport to the apartment is all taken care of for you.

Our Airport pick up service will meet you at the airport and you will be transported directly to the apartment for handover of keys and to be shown around the apartment and complex. A local charge applies for this service equivalent to the cost of the taxi or minibus.

Cyprus Sunrise the perfect apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and we were met by the very helpful Cecilia on the first day of our holiday. Vaughan and Barbara provided us with everything we needed for a fantastic holiday in Orokilni and if we needed any help or advise we turned to Cecilia. Thanks for a great holiday experience.

Excellent two bed apartment in a lovely complex

This 2 bedroom, 2 toilets apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout. It also has a large patio overlooking the complex pool. Wifi is available throughout the apartment and at the pool area.

The complex itself is clean, tidy and well maintained.

I would recommend this apartment / complex to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet complex / village.

The apartment is everything you could ask for.

There is off road parking the apartment is clean and modern. Ladies do not need to take hair dryer or straighteners as these are all supplied there is even a Cypriot bbq on the balcony. Our group was 4 adults and the apartment was plenty big enough. I would recommend this property to anyone the apartment was spotless on arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady cecilia full off smiles showed us around the apartment told us about the village and everything we asked. Vaughan & Barbara thank you for a lovely holiday.

A nice relaxing stay in Oriklini

This apartment is tastefully decorated and set within a tidy communal complex. In the warmer months there is use of a pool, Jacuzzi and a smaller pool for youngsters. The weather was too cold for pool swimming in late October so it was good to see maintenances being carried out on the pool and garden areas so it would be as new for the coming spring. (The sea maintains the temperature so still can swim at this time of year!) The apartment overlooks the pool area and gets plenty of sun. The apartment block sits a short distance away from the main Oriklini village, though this is expanding and more of a town as holds a few supermarkets/shops/bars/ and most importantly two very tasty bakeries! If you hire a car (and it's fairly easy to drive around Cyprus) this apartment is ideal for access Agia Napa & water park (about 20-5mins away) and local CTO beach is only about 10 mins ride away. Also, to the south you can get to many historic sites and other resorts and beaches. The apartment itself comes equipped for self catering on a easy level, also we received a very hospitable greeting from the key holder upon arrival at the apartment which made an easy and informative welcome to the accommodation and the area itself. Having stayed in Cyprus so many, many times to visit my family, this has been one of the better accommodations found. It was recommended to me from a previous rental in the same building and both have equally been run and equipped to a high standard for self catering a long way from home. If you do not want to eat in, there is many cheap restaurants around the village, if you want a standard (English like) good value Pub type food try the Lithos Hotel bar, this holds regular entertainment and is free most of the time and extremely good value. If you want to try local with an ambience go for the Corfu tavern in the centre of the village, have eaten here on a few separate trips and always have had good value and most importantly good service. Overall if you are a couple or a family of four, this is an ideal let for an all rounder.

Oroklini is located 15 mins drive from Larnaca town and 20 mins from Larnaca airport. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of many tarvernas, restaurants, supermarkets and two fabulous bakeries! A blue flag beach is 25 mins walk / 5 mins drive where a vast array of restaurants and shops can also be found on the seafront. 40 mins by car is the historic city of Nicosia and 30 mins will take you to the vibrant Ayia Napa with beautiful beaches, night-life and an exhilarating Water Park. Close to Larnaca is the largest and best Go-Kart track in Cyprus. In Oroklini, within walking distance, you will find a mountain bike downhill course and horse riding. A one hour drive will take you into the Troodos mountains where there are many nature trails to explore and skiing is possible in the winter months. Within 90 mins drive there are 4 golf courses and the nearest is only 30 mins away.

Golf: Golf is available in Vikla near Limassol (45 mins) and there are two excellent golf courses near Paphos (90 mins).

Ski: Skiing in the winter is available in the Troodos mountains (90 mins).
