Our comfortable, 2011 renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building in the 2nd district of Vienna.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a single bed. Another room offers a double bed and a sofa bed, and a pleasant common room that invites you to relax. An additional cot is provided on request. The fully equipped kitchen and the corresponding dining area help you to enjoy your breakfast and the dinner.

The light and perfectly clean bathroom with shower and toilet as well as washer/dryer can be reached from the reception room, the second one is an en-suite. During the cold season our central heating will provide cosy temperatures.

Complimentary wireless high speed internet is available.

Most of the important attractions of Vienna are just a few steps or underground stations away.

Great base in Wien

This apartment was a great base for our family (my parents + husband and daughter). The apartment is away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet a comfortable walk to get to everything. The apartment had all the basic necessities in the kitchen. There was even a washing machine, and a pack and play (baby crib) was provided for our infant daughter. There are various restaurants along the street, as well as a Spar supermarket half a block away. Parking is free outside the apartment in the evenings, and we were able to park the car for 6 Euros per day a 7 minute walk away next to the Prater. We would recommend this apartment to others, and would stay here again if we come back to Wien.

Beautifully modern and clean apartment in excellent location for Prater Park and transport

The apartment is beautifully done, clean and modern with all the facilities you would need. The washer dryer was a bonus. Bedding is supplied for the number of people booked, no extras. The location is very close to Prater Park and the underground, trains and buses are a very short walk to access the rest of Vienna. Closest stop is Nestroypl. on the U1 line. Many restaurants in the area, Zina's was particularly good right next to the apartment. Grocery stores very close too. The arrangement of the apartment is a little awkward if you want to hang out in the evening. We had someone on the pull out couch which is in a bedroom, so we hung out at the kitchen table. Not a big deal though. Anna met us at the apartment and showed us round, giving us some local info too. Quick response when my daughter decided to join us at the last minute and we needed extra bedding.

Nice, functional apartment. Hard-to-find combination of 2 full bathrooms and great location. A few nits to pick regarding lesser details, but a great choice overall.

Just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and perfectly located. There were plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby and it took only 10-15 minutes to get the center of the city on foot. Linda and Alina were very kind and easy to communicate. Thank you!
