El Padron is situated in a completely private, peaceful and spectacular setting with views from the mountain of La Maroma to the sea and the white villages of the Axarquia. Around the house the surrounding hilly countryside is still very Spanish, with the local farmers working on their fields and groves of olives, almonds, vines, and now also mangoes. The self-catering property has its own private pool and terraces, much of which is covered to provide shade. There is an established garden providing a green oasis, with views over the surrounding olive, almond and mango trees and ancient vines. The house has facilities for the more active, with a boules pitch and ping pong table. For the less active there is a library of books, internet access and a TV and DVD player if you wish to bring your own DVDs. It is an ideal house for multi-generational families with lots of space to get away and relax, with various covered and open terraces where you can relax and sunbathe, or hide away with a book. The house sleeps 8 to 10 people, with 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin rooms, one of which is more suitable for children. There is one en-suite bath/shower room attached to one of the twin rooms which is on the ground floor, an en-suite shower room to one of the doubles and a shared shower room, all of which are on the first floor with the remaining bedrooms.
