South facing in centre of Cannes with large terrace and four minutes from beach

Self-contained one bed south -facing apartment with a large terrace (15 m). It is located on the 5th floor of the Best Western le Patio des Artistes Hotel, just off the famous shopping street Rue dÀntibes and 4 minutes from the Croisette and beaches. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, WIFI, and is decorated in Provencal style. Parking is also available, if required. It is a perfect location for Congresses and holidays all year round. It can be used as a base to explore the many places of interest along the coast, such as St. Tropez, Nice and Monte Carlo or to spend a day wandering around the colourful daily markets. The mountains are a short drive away with the opportunity to go skiing. For longer trips, Italy is very accessible by train. Whatever your needs are, you will be captivated by the elegance of the Croisette, the host of shops to enchant you on the Rue dÀntibes and the temptation of Mediterranean specialities in the many restaurant. Golf Information: There is a wide variety of golf clubs within a 15 kilometres radius. These include Mandelieu, Cannes-Mougins, Grasse Country Club, Golf de la Grande Bastide and the Riveria Golf Club.

Skiing Information: There are a number of ski resorts about an hour away from Cannes.

I live in Ireland and purchased this property because of its South facing aspect, brightness, and close proximity to a beautiful sandy beach, many restaurants, shops, markets and train station.

We have guests coming for the 10th time this year.

Well equipped apartment in an ideal location.

Stayed in June/July 2017. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. All the equipment you need is there including clean towels and linen. It is ideally situated being within easy walking distance of the beach, the croisette, the shops and public transport. We did not need a car throughout or stay. The terrace is large enough to accommodate outdoor eating and relaxing.

Comfortable, clean quiet, convenient...

The apartment, painted white, is a comfortable, clean, well-maintained one bedroom that's privately owned inside a hotel. There's a convertible couch in the living room, where my 6' daughter slept (she'd have been happier in a bed, of course), separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. A balcony runs along the width of the apartment, with table and chairs, backing onto a line of apartments that insure quiet. Bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, the wifi was responsive and trouble-free. I've stayed in many apartments all over Cannes, and this is near the top of my list for comfort, cleanliness, quietness and convenience.

simply the best

We have stayed all along the south of france and can easily say this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in a real home from home.From the start when you get in touch with joan the reply is immediate.Then you are met by a lovely lady called val who runs you through everything you need to know about the apartment.

The apartment has a compact kitchen but everything you require is there.The bathroom has a bath with a shower in it and has a washing machine if needed.The living room and bedroom both look on to a fabulous south facing balcony which is superb for having breakfast and when you come in it is ideal to relax with a drink.You are 10 mins from train station 5 mins from the beach and you are in the mix of all the shops.The apartment is situated in a hotel so you have the peace of mind with 24 hour security. .I would recommend this apartment to anybody and when our flights come out for next year we will be booking it again.

Best vacation ever!

We are 2 adults + 1 child. You can find everything in this apartement. And you can enjoy nice balcony to eat and nice bedroom to sleep... We could use Hotel facilities, too. Therefore we are commng back again this year!

Hidden gem of an apartment

This apartment is just what we needed. Located close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet very peaceful. The large terrace is a wonderful place to relax after a long day on the beach or shops, and the rooftop views and jacuzzi were also very welcoming.

We were welcomed by the host Valerie, who was very helpful and knowledgable about the local facilities available, and the apartment was very well maintained, with all the facilities we needed - including a lift to the 5th floor itself.

We would certainly recommend the apartment to friends and family of all ages and have already planned to return for a longer holiday next year. We can`t wait!

Great apartment and great location

This is a lovely spacious and light apartment on top of the shopping streets and a short walk to the beach. You also have the supermarket very close by so there is no need for a car. The roof terrace is a lovely treat after a nice day at the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you
