Only 60 miles North of Seattle and no ferry. 'The shortest distance to far away!'

Relax and enjoy this beautifully furnished, private, vacation home with no-bank access to the beach. Awesome unobstructed Southern views of Port Susan Bay and be delighted to see Mount Rainier. Bring binoculars and cameras to enjoy a constant variety of wildlife activity. At high tide, there is water to the North as well as the waterfront to the South. It is almost like being on a ship! We have provided a 20' ramp from the bulkhead over the driftwood for easy access to the sandy beach. The ramp will be installed April 20, 2017 and will be removed early Oct..

This is a non-smoking house.

We are pet friendly and have a FULLY FENCED yard. 2 dogs maximum and no cats.

In the cooler weather, cuddle up in front of the Quadra Fire wood stove and enjoy winter storms. Please be sure to read Guest Comments.

Cell service is very good and we have Wi-Fi.

One guest said it is a birdwatchers paradise and they identified over 27 different birds including eagles. The private beach is ideally suited for walking, swimming, fishing, crabbing, and launching kayaks or canoes. There is a public boat launch near by.

Outfitted for the gourmet cook, you can cook a turkey or bake a fresh pie! Gas barbecue is on deck.

Just bring your clothes, toiletries and groceries and have the relaxing experience of a lifetime. Professionally cleaned with non-toxic, people, pet and environmentally friendly Melaleuca products. Wood is provided to burn in wood stove and fire pits.

Just a short drive to LaConner and the Tulip Festival in April.

I am a 28 year veteran Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX in Seattle. In my former life, I was a Flight Attendant for Alaska Airlines. I grew up in Bothell and attended the University of Washington. We have lived in the Sunset Hill area of Seattle

(Ballard) for 37 years and have a sound water view, which we love. We have 2 small doggie friends, Amber the Pomeranian and Kato the PomaPoo. This is why we are very pet friendly.

Our family built a small cabin just 8 doors away from our beach house in 1962. I actually laid the floor in the cabin!! We always loved the location and beach. After leaving the cabin one day in Aug. 2001, there was a for sale sign on this property. We returned the next day and bought it!

What makes this house unique

No bank waterfront. Awesome views to the south over the water. You can see the city of Everett 26 miles to the south and majestic Mt. Rainier. Only a short 3 mile drive to Camano Plaza for an Espresso or grocery shopping at the IGS with lots of organic produce offerings. Please see reviews that happy guests have enjoyed. The access without ferry is wonderful and just a 60 mile easy drive from Seattle.

The 4 of us "girls" have been getting together for many, many years for a wekend away (since 1983!!!). Our friend, "Suzanne" found your house for us this year. Wonderfully convenient to Seattle, equipped with everything for cooking, a big table, a great view of the water, a Lazy Boy lounger chair for watching the Huskies win over USC!!!, and gorgeous sunshine for sitting outside and reading. We couldn't have asked for more! A lovely place--thanks so much.

Quiet Paradise-

This home was wonderful!! It had everything that you could possibly imagine! Very quiet area, which was just what we needed!! Excellent kitchen and bedrooms- very spacious! The owner was wonderful and quick to answer any questions! Would 100% go back!

Simple, quiet, beautiful

We had a great time walking the beach, laying on the deck, and playing in the water. The driftwood built up on the beach is extensive and very unique. Met a few very friendly neighbors (and one crabby one... worried that driftwood might get moved?) Terrific views. At high tide you have water in front and in back. More eating choices than we expected on the island. State parks are amazingly beautiful.

What a relaxing peaceful property . . .

My wife and I stayed at the house on Camano Island and even though the weather wasn't the best we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The views cannot be beat and the house is cozy and well appointed with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay.

Suzanne was very communicative and that really helped us understand what we might need to bring with us (which was pretty much just our clothes and coffee beans)

We will definately consider staying here again

Fantastic!

This was our 2nd time staying here in the winter and we loved it. We ventured out for some walks on the beach in front of the house and along Iverson spit preserve. The wood burning stove kept us nice and toasty when the weather turned. We even saw a big Eagle right in front on our last day. This house is comfortable and perfectly appointed. Thanks Suzanne.

Bird Watching is fantastic! Watch the eagles May through July. Best month is June.

Enjoy views of Saratoga Passage from indoor, outdoor and covered deck seating. They feature local, high wuality ingredients including vegetables & herbs organically grown on their own farm. Also a very good wine selection. Prices are reasonable.

1054 S. West Camano Drive, on the West side of the Island.
