Gli Archi is located in central Italy, near the city of Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. You will find a fully equipped guest apartment, which is indeed part of the building, but has its own entrance. Originally the building was a farm where the stables were on the ground floor and has lived on the first floor. The central part dates from the seventeenth century and on both sides is in later times some were erected. The emblem of the house, the brick arches in the former stables, so also the name of "Gli Archi". When the house was restored as much as possible to retain the original division and also the original roof and the wonderful beamed ceilings are fully preserved. The house sits on over a half acre, and on the property there is also a 6 x 12 meters large geheitztes by solar panels swimming pool.
In addition to building a second, completely independent apartment is also realized: the studio. This studio is designed so that it is suitable for wheelchair users. Apartments, studios are equipped with every comfort and are interested for a reasonable price available for a holiday or as a temporary place to live in Germany for work or the like. We will inform you in detail.

In the countryside, near Perugia, medium-sized university town with many attractions of Etruscan era to the present. Near Lake Trasimeno, the third largest lake in Italy. Beautiful nature, very varied: hills, mountains, rivers, forests, vineyards and olive groves. Good restaurants, golf courses, museums. Historic towns such as Spoleto, Assisi; Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, Florence and Rome also within easy access. Many shops, including outlets (eg Prada) Perugia offers in July, the Umbria Jazz Festival in October Eurochoclat, Orvieto is even in the Christmas season a jazz festival. Throughout the summer there are music festivals (from classical to blues) in the neighborhood. Noteworthy are the many historic festivals in the towns and villages.
