The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping, pier, boardwalk, etc. The house has plenty of room for a large family. Great backyard with BBQ and shower.

Great location clean house

I stayed here with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the location and house. The house was clean and has a huge enclosed backyard with a BBQ and room to entertain. There is a beautiful ocean view from the living room and only 4 houses to the ocean and boardwalk. The location is in the heart of the peninsula and walking distance to the grocery store, pier, bars and endless restaurants.

The neighborhood was clean and friendly. The house was big enough to sleep 2 or 3 families.
