The beautiful Finca Son Duc was built in 1901 and in 2000 was renovated by the owner, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. The house has 2 floors spread over 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a cozy living room with satellite TV and a separate dining room with fireplace. The special thing about this farm is the outdoors. You have a beautiful, large and very well-kept garden with several sun terraces. From the covered terrace with large dining table has a fantastic view over the adjacent swimming pool and garden. The large pool with steps in there are sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower available. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly Majorcan owner, who receives her guests personally and also like to welcome with a specially made glass times Hierbas.

The beautiful Finca Son Duc is located only 2.5 km from Arta on a 7000 sqm large and very well-kept grounds. The house has a large pool with steps in. Arta offers numerous shops, cafes, bars and good restaurants. Every Tuesday there will be a colorful weekly market. Worth seeing is the above sanctuary of Sant Salvador and the historic fortress, of which one has a breathtaking view of the landscape. Located in the vicinity of three beautiful 18 holes (Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula) and a 9-hole golf course (Son Servera), as well as the most beautiful beaches of the Northeast. The bay of Cala Torta, the family-friendly beach Cala Agulla or the small sandy bay of Cala Gat, Cala Ratjada. This site offers numerous water sports.
