Well located propery. 2 minutes to all amenities. Jacuzzi 30 sq.m Sun Terrace.

You are a two minute walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. What more could you want?

This apartment is very special in that it is unique on this wonderful Island. No other apartment can compare on amenities! The Penthouse has quality furniture, air-conditioning, a rotisserie oven, heated Jacuzzi, UKTV, German channels, over 600 free films to watch, free parking, large sun terrace and is only 2 minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars! We know that you will like it. The apartment overlooks a pedestrian tree lined street. It is a first floor property in a quiet part of town among local people.

The Penthouse has quality beds consisting of a king size bed with memory mattress and two single Myres beds for a good night's sleep. On the private terrace is; outside dining for four people with a good BBQ, 4 Sun Beds, reclining sun loungers and a very large parasol. A heated Jacuzzi is housed at one end of this 32 square metre terrace; there is also a bar with stools and a music system too.

The lounge has a dining table and chairs for 4 people with free Canarias fruit and either red or white wine on arrival. There are books for all tastes. There is a 43" TV with UK and German channels. The lounge suite is Italian hand-made with lots of cushions and will seat four people generously. Occasional tables, a safe and air-con are here too.

The Kitchen has everything you could possibly need including Poole crockery and orange juice maker. On arrival you will receive fresh Canarias fruit, beers, wine of you choice, toiletries, tea, fresh coffee, sugar, sweeteners, milk, bottled water and much more.

The utility room houses the washing machine, a music centre that plays inside and outside, a dishwasher, an ironing board, a clothes horse and a coffee machine.

The main bedroom overlooks the pedestrian street and has a king bed, a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and lights, dressing table, air-con and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has two single beds, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe with drawers, dressing table, hairdryer and bedside table with lamp. All the bedding is quality cotton and the pillows are allergenic and extremely comfortable. We provide plenty of hand and bath towels, as well as a beach towel for each person!

The bathroom has a full size bath/shower, W.C., wash basin, cupboard with lots of toiletries and a mirror with lights.

There are two water parks in Playa Blanca. We have a local park close by this property. For book lovers we have the best bookshop right on your doorstep, along with the best restaurant, which is literally 100 metres away.

We provide UK adapter plugs and plug in repellents for insects.

Notes:
Firstly a very warm welcome from Brian & Lesley, who own the apartment and maintain that your stay with us will be wonderful; (we go the extra mile). We provide the little things that make all the difference... for example: - wine of your choice, Canarias fruit, beers in the fridge, 5 litres of water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener's, salt & pepper and so on. You will LOVE staying in this wonderful Penthouse... the atmosphere on the Terrace is fantastic! The accommodation is scrupulously clean! All the linen, bedding and towels are of excellent quality. As well as having a safe for any valuables, we also have a Key safe and a locked gate to the entrance. A trouser press is also provided. Car hire is not necessary or essential, but if you do require a car we can perhaps get it cheaper for you. If you arrive late in the evening and need anything from the shops, we can help you with that as well. We look forward to seeing you.

The Penthouse

We have just returned from our second 4 week stay in this property with our third stay already booked for 2018. From booking our holiday to the end of our stay, Brian and Lesley were most helpful.

You will never be disappointed with this apartment from comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, large screen TV with English channels to the outstanding terrace area with hot tub and just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

A Perfect Holiday

I stayed with my three children at this Penthouse Apartment for 10 days in July. It was just fantastic in every way. As this was the first time I have been away without my partner, I was a little apprehensive. I need not have been. Not only was this property in a well lit friendly residential area, but the owners Brian and Lesley lived locally and I knew they were the other end of the phone if needed. The apartment is exactly as described on the website. A two minute stroll from the beach, the restaurants and cafes on the seafront and the shops. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard and was the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in. We had UK TV, airconditioning, Wifi and a good film selection too. The beds were comfortable and we all slept like logs every night. The outdoor, heated Jacuzzi was a great bonus, the children were in it every day! I will recommend to others with confidence and will certainly return as soon as I can, hopefully with my partner next time!

An absolute pleasure...

From first contact right through to the end of the holiday, Brian and Lesley were helpful, friendly and clearly want their clients to enjoy their holiday. They take great pride in the apartment and ensure that it is spotlessly clean for your arrival. They even take the time to show you how everything works when you arrive.

The apartment itself is well positioned. It really is two minutes' walk from the beautiful seafront of Playa Blanca!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, on our first (but not last!) visit to this lovely part of Lanzarote.

Brilliant apartment

After a very early start on the morning of our flight it was great to get to this lovely apartment and welcomed by Brian and Lesley.(Especially the beer). We had a great time and it was so convenient for all the restaurants and local shops. We will definitely return, thank you.

Really central - a great find!!

We had never been to the Canary Islands before, so we were a little apprehensive, but we needn't have been. After a seamless transfer from the airport-which Brian and Lesley paid for, we arrived at the penthouse. Brian was on hand to greet us and show us around the apartment and explain how everything worked. The resort of playa blanca is lovely. Really family orientated. We found some great restaurants and had 3 favourites by the time we left. We even had a local bar-where we would meet up every evening and watch the world go by. The marina area is lovely too, but we were pleased that we had booked somewhere so central. It is all literally on your doorstep. Dorado beach was a 5-10 min walk with loads of amenities. We would really recommend the penthouse and the icing on the cake was the British tv channels, great selection of films, for when you just wanted to chill out. The other bonus was not having to bring beach towels, and toiletries are provided. You could defenitely come out with just walk on luggage. We would defenitely return.

Lovely little find!

We've just arrived back from a very pleasant stay at the Penthouse apartment, which is a stone's throw away from the front at PLaya Blanca. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and more. Our favourite restaurant was Romantica, which we found far superior to most others and visited twice during our short stay. We also took the boat trip over to Fuerteventura for the day - a great day trip, highly recommended.

You want and need a good holiday to relax, have fun, eat well and get some sun on your back. Look no further as playa Blanca is THE best holiday town on Lanzarote, for its weather, beaches, restaurants and friendliness. We have the ideal location waiting for you.

The area is very friendly. We have two Chemists and the cost of tablets is low. We have various Doctors, we recommend Dr. Mager's on the roundabout near the bus station, he has a small hospital there too.

One Post office serves the area, it is open Monday to Friday.

There are various supermarkets, HiperDino is the largest. The best is called Roper's which is in Rubicon (not the marina) for meat and anything special. There are a few smaller ones too, they are all good.

A bus travels around Playa Blanca (Number 30) it will take you to Rubicon (Roper's) and at the other extreme to Faro Park, down the Lighthouse end. It runs from early in the morning and runs every 30 minutes until just after 10pm. It costs €1.30pp no matter where you get on or off..

There are lots of banks with cash points.

Hey, you're going on holiday and if you are reading this you are probably going to book with us or you have already, good choice! We will look after you as we live here. Some guests in various other places are given an address and have to find their own way, let themselves in and hope that the key fits. That isn't going to happen with us, we meet you, let you in, give you a tour round and give you the keys AND are on call if you need us.

A warm welcome is guaranteed.

Playa Blanca is in the County of Yaiza, which has won the award for the best kept town in the whole of Spain for many years. Playa Blanca (PB for short) has the longest walk along the sea front, it is over 10 Km, with beaches, restaurants, hotels and bars along the way. As you are central, walk to the left to Rubicon Marina where the market is held on Saturday, it also has good clothes shops, orchestral music and other night time entertainment, whilst taking in the atmosphere. Walk on further to the Papagayo award winning beach. A walk to the right will take you to the Port where you can take a boat, either around the Island or across to Lobos and Fuerteventura. Here you will also see a fish shop with the morning catch of the day. Walk on further towards the Lighthouse and you will find little beaches, watering holes and much more.

If you are a sun worshipper and like the beach you have many to choose from. If you like being by a pool there are lots of Hotels close by, where you can use their facilities, pools, restaurants etc.,

For the wine lovers, we have lots of wineries to visit in La Geria valley, you can book a tour, or if you have a car, you can go at your leisure. Another place to visit, if you like Tapas, is Playa Quemada. The restaurant is called "7 Islas". Just follow the road as far as it goes and you will find it. It is run by a lovely family. It is the biggest kept secret, known only by the locals..

PB is the most southerly point and has the best weather. We get a lovely breeze, that combined with the sunshine, is perfect. You always need to wear sun cream though. It is easy to get about as there are no hills, it is completely flat.
