Info Desk. The large garden of approx 800m2 Land size. Incl. Garden furniture, sun loungers, H.-Schaukel, High-quality barbecue table amongst others is at your disposal, because the ground floor apartment of the owner is not used during the rental. Idyllic, quiet location, just 2 minutes walk from the lake and the beach, with direct access to attractive walking and cycling paths. 1km to the marina.

Hiking paradise: In addition to numerous hiking opportunities in the lake area offers especially the height of the neighboring Jura region.

Good starting points are z. B. St. Croix or Les Rasses only about 30 minutes drive from the chalet.

Boat trip: Highly recommended a 3-Lakes Tour (Lake Neuchatel, Lake Biel and Murten Lake), on the basis

the channel connections between the lakes is possible (day trip).

Private boats - motor or Segelboote- can be rented in the marinas of Estavayer or to a lesser extent also of Cheyres (depending on the type and size of driver's license required).

The lake is also suitable for surfing.

On the living area joins open design of the kitchen area with a small but adequate equipped kitchen module and steel table with two bar stools. 2 balconies, including towards the lake with beautiful evening sun! The 2 bedrooms are modernly furnished. Room 1 -21 m2 - two single beds can be separated on request. A sitting area with wicker chairs, a small table and a sofa provide additional options for relaxing, reading, etc. Room 2 - 18 m2 - has a Franz. Shower / towels please (can also be provided upon request at an additional cost). The above hob the new kitchen is a modern ceramic hob with 2 zones. The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago, fitted with new carpets and refurnished.

Gemütlich - sehr sauber - Seenähe perfekt!

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für zwei Erwachsene mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Es ist trotz Teppichböden sehr sauber und vor allem die beiden Schlafräume sind sehr liebevoll eingrichtet. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber es bietet viele Möglichkeiten um Dinge abzulegen bzw. aufzuhängen. In der Küchenecke findet man alle Utensilien, die man zum täglichen Kochen benötigt.

Ganz hervorragend ist der Garten. Rundherum eingezäunt, sodass die Kinder frei spielen können, während sich die Erwachsenen sonnen :-)

Die Nähe zum See ist perfekt! Daher werden wir dieses Feriendomizil erneut im Sommer aufsuchen, um den Strand auch wirklich nutzen zu können!

ES war so schön

Erst jetzt kommen wir dazu, eine Bewertung abzugeben....aber wir können uns noch an alles sehr gut erinnern.

An August haben wir zu viert eine sehr erholsame Woche in diesem gut ausgestatteten Chalet verbracht. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es es wurde schnell ein Stück zu HAuse, mit Garten, Balkon und sehr schöner Umgebung.

Die Gastgeber haben ein sehr persönliches Domizil geschaffen, mit ansprechenden Bildern und Fotos und zahlreichen Infos zu möglichen Aktivitäten.

Auch die Übergabe verlief problemlos, wir würden es jederzeit noch einmal "heimsuchen".

Schön war's!

- Sehr gute und ruhige Lage in Seenähe; Radweg führt am Haus vorbei. Ortskern mit Spielplatz u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker+kleiner Markt) schnell erreichbar.

- Die Ausstattung ist sauber und gepflegt; ein schöner Garten und die Terrasse können genutzt werden.

- Hilfreiche und ausführliche Informationen und Tipps vom Vermieter.

Wir, Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir empfinden das Freizeitangebot vor Ort als sehr gut; Fahrradfahren, Schwimmen im See, die nahe Umgebung mit Almen und Bergen entdecken; durch die historische Altstadt von Yverdon schlendern,...

Ein schöner Ort um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen.

The chalet is located in beautiful, quiet location near the lake of the southwestern part of Lake Neuchâtel. Only about 20 meters from the house you reach an idyllic footpath after about 150 meters of the lake and swim well suited sandy coves.

From there you can take in a protected, very charming natural landscape against the backdrop of the Jura long walks along the lake; great photo opportunities!

Best water sports - sailing, surfing, etc., yacht harbor.

An ideal starting point for cycling tours directly from the house!

Golf: Two 18-hole courses at nearby Payerne and Vuissens.

For shopping, strolling and good food: Cheyres, Estavayer Le Lac (5km), Yverdon (15 km)

Excursions: In about 30-45 minutes drive from the most beautiful hiking regions of the Jura - eg. Les Rasses, the romantic Romainmotier, the Lac de Joux, Neuchatel, Lausanne u. Lake Geneva, but Bern, Murten or Lake Biel. Fribourg and Vaud Alps: about 1 hour

Golf: Only 15 minutes away by car are 2 beautiful 18-hole golf courses:

In untouched deep snow regions can also perform beautiful snowshoe tours.

Of course, numerous Noticeably trails with great views of the Alps between the Bernese Oberland and the Mont Blanc massif.

In approximately 1 hour you can reach attractive ski resorts in the Alps and Lake Geneva Fribourg region of origin to Leysin.

Zu dem Mietpreis kommt die örtliche Kurtaxe der Gemeinde Cheyres und eine Endreinigungspauschale von 130 SFR hinzu, die vor Ort an die Verwalterin zu entrichten sind.

Fälligkeit der Mietzahlung: 25 % des Mietpreises binnen 2 Wochen ab Buchung als Anzahlung, die restlichen 75 % bis 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn. Die Beträge sind auf das vom Vermieter angegebene Bankkonto zu überweisen.
Die gesonderte Endreinigungspauschale von 130 SFR und die Kurtaxe der Gemeinde Cheyres - siehe Zusatzinformationen - sind vor der Abreise vor Ort an die Verwalterin in bar zu zahlen.
