Two separate bedrooms (each with double bed) and a large, lovingly furnished kitchen-living area provide opportunities for individuality and togetherness. The bathroom has 2 windows and is equipped with bath and shower and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern technology. You will find plenty of cutlery, crockery, spices and other kitchen utensils; Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave are available, iron and hair dryer also. There is a large balcony, from where you have direct exit to the beautiful garden adjoins the kitchen. On cold days, the kitchen-living room cozy and spacious residence for eating, playing, digital TV, reading, music (CD / DVD) is heard. Information material for vacation ideas is abundant.

A great advantage of this apartment is the comfortable furnished excellent infra-structure of the district Dresden-chasing. You have bus and tram and train transport links take you there comfortably without a car. The district chasing provides at least 5 restaurants (Greek, Asian, Home cooking, Italian, Other), which can be reached within 10 minutes walk and opened all the shopping (buying hall on Saturday to 20 clock, pharmacy, drugstore, Pfennigpfeiffer, savings , clothing, shoes, shoe repair, hairdressing, cosmetics ...).

Also only 10 minutes away is a bike shop where you can also rent bikes.

Especially in the summer months offer terrace and garden especially in the evening when you return to strenuous day trip, wonderful relaxation.

Also available is a very nice holiday home in the same idyllic village location (old town center on chasing Kaitzbach) for rent. There is a detached house, Bj. 2003 106 m². The plot is approximately 500 sqm with garden, terrace and barbecue. The house was modern and well appointed. On the ground floor are kitchen, living room and guest toilet and utility room with washer and dryer. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. The location is beautiful. Bakers, department store, bank, drug store, pharmacy, bookstore, shoe store, toy store ... and other shops, sauna, bike rental, restaurants, Strehlener church, holding bachelor public transport are within walking distance in about 5-7 minutes. And yet you live in a quiet area on a 'little old village street' at Kaitzbach. The apartment is suitable for couples and families.

Sehr saubere, helle, nett-eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung 6 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern verbracht und waren in allen Punkten sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und war tip-top sauber. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und darüber hinaus viele kleine Extras entdeckt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer netten Umgebung und ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wüssten nichts, was man hier noch verbessern könnte. Daher von uns die vollen 5 Sterne!

Einfach toll, diese Ferienwohnung

Wir durften im Mai 2017 mit unseren zwei älteren Kindern ein paar Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbringen und waren rundum zufrieden: Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt, tolle Aufteilung der Räume, S-Bahn-Anbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer und fußläufiger Nähe, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Eingang, sauber, modern, gemütlich, angenehme Betten, usw. Insbesondere haben wir die schöne Terrasse und den Garten genossen und es war an nahezu jede denkbare Kleinigkeit gedacht worden, sodass wir mehrmals positiv überrascht wurden. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung für Personen/-Gruppen in ähnlicher Konstellation vollends weiterempfehlen.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung!!

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super, Fußweg zur nächsten S-Bahn Haltestelle keine 2 min.

Die Fahrt zur Innenstadt dauert ca. 15 min.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit Ansprechpartner.

The apartment is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in the south of Dresden. To the Wasaplatz you will find a small walk (5-10 min) accessible community center with restaurants, shops, bakeries and service providers. The transport links to the historic city center with Frauenkirche, Brühl's Terrace, kennel, theaters and museums, or the trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt is ideal. You can easily reach the S-Bahn at the popular hiking and climbing friends Saxon Switzerland, or the city of Meissen with the Schlossberg and the porcelain factory. Not just for kids such is recommended. As the miniature railway in the Great Garden, Zoo with its beautiful plants, the Hygiene Museum, the Arnholdbad or a boat trip and many year-round cultural and recreational offerings. If you are planning a day trip to Prague, Berlin and Leipzig, are you with the car quickly on the highway. At least once, you should walk through the Gardens (4 km) walk to the center.
