Close to amenities including tennis courts, horse riding, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, La Sella Golf Course and Marriot hotel and spa. 10 minutes from 18 kms of fabulous safe and sandy, Blue Flag beaches and the centre of bustling and tourist town of Denia, with its restaurants, shops, marina and deep sea port.

Denia and the Coast: Denia is located on the east coast of Spain and is very much a family resort. A quiet little town that was once the centre of the region's raisin growing industry, it is now a thriving tourist and commercial centre, where raisins are still grown and remain a local delicacy. The main avenue in Denia is the Plaza de la Constitucion where you can sit and watch the world go by. Here you will find a wonderful 17th century church. The area around Denia has been voted the third healthiest place to live by the World Health Organisation.

Denia has an impressive working fishing fleet and fresh fish can be seen being unloaded and sorted daily and where there is a regular fresh fish and meat market. With access to some 20km of Blue Flag beaches as well as small, rocky coves, ideal for a variety of activities including diving.

The whole area around Denia is dominated by orange and lemon groves and has a scattering of Roman and Islamic ruin sites.

Situated on the slopes of a mountain lying next to the natural park of Montgo this 18-hole golf course with a par of 72 lies in a tranquil area. The Olive, Pine and Orange trees surrounding the course, whilst providing wonderful scenery, will catch out the less accurate players

The course is suitable for all levels of players, and if you know how to use the full range of clubs then you should achieve a decent score. Jose Maria Olazabal designed 9 of the holes, some particularly thought provoking as if you miss the green, all the skills of Championship player are needed to get back on track.

Should you feel your skills need updating a little, then private lessons are available at this all year round course. Other services include a driving range with 25 bays, a putting green and practice bunker.

The Marriott Hotel and Spa: Available to owners and residents, The Marriott Hotel offers a luxurious Alanya Spa with hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, Thai massage, toning pools and Turkish baths amongst numerous other treatments set within its beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Designed in the style of Roman baths and next to an aromatic garden. There is a state of the art gymnasium and huge outdoor swimming pool. The temperature is maintained year round at a constant 33 degrees and there is ample space for sunbathing.

The Marriott has two restaurants and three bars, all of which offer a choice of food and drinks in a relaxed international atmosphere. There is a Jazz & Blues bar which features live music and cocktails, the Lobby Bar is open all day for coffees and aperitifs and the Pool Bar will serve hot and cold dishes, salads and sandwiches during the summer as you relax near the pool.

What makes this villa unique

We have added to the villa over the years and furnished to a high standard. It now has 3 double ensuite bedrooms and a separate twin room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. We have equipment and are happy to accommodate young children and have bedding, crockery and furniture to support them. The pool and terrace are larger than standard. There is UK satellite TV

Furnished to a very high standard as a luxury family home with all extras and amenities expected to allow a relaxing holiday. Cot available on request(own bedding please), childs high dining chair, stair/door gate and playpen are also available if necessary. Kitchen includes full fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. Cool box and freezer blocks and thermos available. Satellite TV includes all UK terrestrial channels and free to air UK TV, as well as DVD, IPOD Dock, CD and MP3 Speakers. Bedrooms sleep 6, with a further 2 guest beds available if required. Beach Sunshades and games for use by all. Pool area is fully lit at night as required and there is a large terrace with barbeque, table and chairs and shaded area. Off road parking for up to 3 cars. All set within regularly maintained and mature, landscaped gardens with views of sea, golf course and Montgo national park.

Villa on La Sella

We had a fantastic holiday at this wonderful Villa, despite the rain. The property was superbly equipped and very comfortable. The terrace was large with a good BBQ and plenty of space for 6 people. The pool was large and well maintained. The area is beautiful and there are great views on the Montgo. There are many good restaurants in the area, although we think that a car is essential. We would thoroughly recommend this Villa and would consider returning for a future holiday.

Lovely Villa in Beautiful Location

This is a lovely Villa set amongst stunning scenery. The villa is set back off a quiet lane so is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The views across the valley to Mount Montgo are spectacular, particularly at sunset.

The villa is very clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable, easily accomodating our party of five. The terrace and pool area is fantastic and we spent many hours swimming, eating and relaxing here. The pool was sparklingly clean and Pool Man very helpful, recommending many nice restaurants and places to visit!

The location is ideal to visit many beautiful beaches and towns. Javea and Moraira being our favourites. The Indoor Municipal Market in Javea is a must, selling many varieties of local produce, with a couple of excellent Tapas Bars.

There are many restaurants and Supermarkets a sort drive away, Denia with it's own mini "Les Rambles" is great fun and fantastic restaurants abound.

We loved our family holiday here, the Owner's were very helpful and welcoming. The meet and greet service was a bonus too!

We would definitely visit again. A car is essential to explore this lovely area of Spain.

Three weeks of luxury in this delightful property

This is a luxurious property in a lovely location. Views of the mountains and La Sella Golf course as you sit by the pool!

The villa is well equipped and highly maintained and is situated in an area where it is very convenient to visit the beaches - and there are some beautiful ones to be found -

go sight-seeing and enjoy the wonderful air which according to the World Health Organisation makes it the third healthiest place to live!!

My husband and I with two friends have enjoyed three holidays in this villa and are looking forward to our fourth visit in September.

There is a great choice of restaurants and we love to travel around and sample as many different ones as we can.

Free wine with the meal is an added attraction at some of the eateries!!

We like to go to the Xalon Valley and visit the Bodegas where wine can be bought very cheaply. There is also a very good market there where the stalls are situated along the banks of the river,which makes it an attractive setting.

We can recommend this villa because of the quality and location - local sporting facilities within the complex e.g. Golf, Tennis and Horse riding. There are so many interesting and attractive small villages and towns in the area which can be visited either on the coast or inland, but it is essential to have a car.

We had an excellent holiday. The villa was spacious, tastefully decorated and maintained to a high standard. The setting was ideal and the views of the Montgo mountain were beautiful.Great bars and restaurants in nearby Denia & Xavea. Beautiful beaches a short car journey away. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will be recommending you to friends and family.

Residential La Sella is completely unique in its design and location. In addition to the 18 hole golf course with a further nine now under construction, it has spectacular views of natural parkland, stunning green countryside, mountains and pine forests. Within the urbanisation there are bars, restaurants, eight tennis courts, tennis school, several communal pools, a supermarket, pharmacy, laundrette and horse riding school.

Residential La Sella has been carefully designed to be a safe and secure environment and the development has been planned and controlled to blend with the surroundings. With on site security, gated access and quiet roads it is a great environment for all the family. Situated on the edge of a natural reserve and protected by mountain ranges, much of the surrounding land is a protected area and retains a peaceful, quiet atmosphere rich in flora and fauna.

Golf: Opened in 1991 La Sella Golf CLub was designed by international player José Maria Olazábal in conjunction with Juan de la Quadra Oyanguren and is specifically intended to be suitable for all levels of player.
